It is the main task of vocational schools to train and transport related professional and technical talents for all walks of life.Due to the rapid development of social economy,the demands of the society and enterprises are becoming higher and higher,which not only pay attention to the professional skills of practitioners,but also pay more attention to the professional qualities of practitioners.Secondary vocational school should,therefore,how to build the cultivation of professional quality education plan,in the education teaching should be professional quality education,how to effectively is an important topic for the secondary vocational school.Taking a central vocational school in Tianjin as an example,this paper studies the current situation of education and the training countermeasures.This study from the perspective of pedagogy carding on the secondary vocational student's professional quality related theories and literature,on the basis of the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview,analysis of the secondary vocational student's professional quality education connotation,professional quality education through the analysis of the questionnaire,analysis of the causes of the current situation,problems and explore ways to improve professional quality education,the cultivation of the targeted countermeasures are put forward.This study takes Tianjin electronic computer vocational college as an example to study the status quo and training countermeasures of education vocational education.On the basis of combing the theories and literatures related to the vocational accomplishment of the vocational school,the connotation of education of the vocational education of the vocational school was clarified,and the questionnaire and interview outline were designed.Questionnaire survey respondents: 100 students,30 teachers and 30 enterprises;five students and four students were interviewed.According to the analysis of the survey data,the situation of education in vocational education was general.In addition to some student cadres and students who have participated in the skills competition,a significant number of students are not aware of the importance of professional attainment.According to the students,the factors that have a significant influence on their professional quality and their cultivation of education are family,school and society.Among them,the degree of education and work attitude of parents have a subtle influence on children's professional literacy.In the school,due to the phenomenon of "Retheory light practice",the teacher has not paid much attention to the education of students' professional quality,and lacks the cultivation atmosphere of professional accomplishment.However,enterprises are generally not high in the professional quality evaluation of the vocational students who have already participated in the work,and they offer hope to the school in the aspects of education.To solve these problems,put forward about the secondary vocational student's professional quality training related countermeasures and Suggestions: for students to strengthen the understanding of the professional quality education itself,establish career goals,and attaches great importance to the professional behavior habits education;Aiming at family education,we should pay more attention to the cultivation of professional quality.Aiming at the goal of education teaching in schools to clarify the goal of education,adjust the curriculum setting to build a quality education curriculum,strengthen the construction of the teaching team,and adjust the cultivation atmosphere of campus culture construction;In order to strengthen the cooperation between the school enterprises and the training of the professional quality of the internship.To improve the professional quality of vocational education,education requires the efforts of the students themselves,families,schools and the society to cooperate and improve the students' career.
