At present,professional core compentence cultivate of secondary vocational school students in Henan is facing new challenges.Based on the sustainable development of the employing unit and the middle vocational students,the study of professional core compentence cultivate of the middle vocational students in Henan province can promote the all-round development of the middle vocational students in Henan province,and provide an effective way and theoretical basis for the career development of the middle vocational students.At the same time,the author puts forward some strategic suggestions for the training of middle vocational students,and provides theoretical reference for the state and related departments to make the policy on middle vocational students.Based on the theory of quality iceberg and onion model,this study puts forward the main dimensions of vocational core accomplishment of middle vocational students: professional ideal belief accomplishment,professional ethics personality accomplishment,professional key ability accomplishment,and professional basic consciousness accomplishment.The four secondary vocational colleges in Henan Province were randomly selected,and 100 teachers and 398 students were surveyed.Through the survey,it was found that the problems existing in the professional core literacy of secondary vocational students in Henan Province include: the lack of professional planning ability of secondary vocational students,and the lack of professional ethics and personality of secondary vocational students.Literacy,The vocational key ability accomplishment of middle vocational students is insufficient,and the subject responsibility consciousness accomplishment of middle vocational students is not good.From the aspects of society,schools,teachers,etc.,it is found that the reasons for these problems are mainly: the partial understanding of the professional core quality of middle vocational students in the society,the traditional education concept that restricts the development of the professional core quality of middle vocational students,and the deviation of the educational concept of secondary vocational colleges.The curriculum setting of secondary vocational colleges is unreasonable,the teaching method is single,the teachers 'professional literacy is not good,and the students' own literacy is not good.In order to improve the current situation of vocational core quality of secondary vocational students in Henan province,this study proposes the following strategies: first,we should pay attention to the vocational education of secondary vocational students.This requires that secondary vocational colleges and universities should change their traditional education concepts and clarify the connotation of professional core literacy education to pay attention to its development;Middle school students should regain their self-confidence and establish their own career goals.Raise professional awareness and establish a correct professional concept.Second,it is necessary to build a professional core literacy practice platform.This calls for strengthening the construction of teachers in secondary vocational colleges and paying attention to the moral education of teachers.Introduce the education system of the core quality of excellent occupation,and attach importance to the personalized development of middle school students;We should strengthen the training of moral personality of middle vocational students and attach importance to the education of professional practice activities.Build a variety of professional cognitive platform,pay attention to professional ethics education;Taking professional personality analysis as a grasp and establishing a new type of talents training model.The third is to meet the needs of enterprises and the job market to improve the vocational key ability literacy of middle school students.This requires that the administrative Department of education should pay attention to the development of vocational core literacy education in policies and funds;We should carry out the education of occupational core literacy in parallel through many channels and ways.Improve the talents training plan for middle vocational students,and build a curriculum plan for professional core literacy;We will strengthen the education of vocational key competence of middle vocational students,and improve the content of vocational core literacy education for middle vocational students.The fourth is to strengthen the sense of responsibility consciousness of secondary vocational students.This requires that middle school students should be raised awareness of laws and regulations;Pay attention to the Environmental Protection and safety education of middle school students;Cultivate the sense of competition and entrepreneurship among middle vocational students;Strengthen the consciousness of the principal responsibility of middle vocational students.
