| After19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,on the first meeting of the 19 th Central Leading Group for Deepening Overall Reform,Xi Jinping emphasized that In order to comprehensively deepen the reform the construction of teachers’ team and enhance teachers’ quality and ability in an all-round manner;Vocational education is also an important part of the educational system.The vocational education teacher training plays a key role in the Construction of Vocational Education System,which directly affect the teaching quality and talent output quality of professional talents.However,there are many problems in the undergraduate professional curriculum training system of vocational education teacher training,which impede the improvement of the quality of talent training,indirectly hinders the construction of vocational education faculty.In this paper,starting from the vocational education teacher training of occupation education of electronic majors,the curriculum development programs of electronic majors in several vocational education teacher training institutions are taken as research examples.By the means of literature analysis,group interview.et.al,careful analysis of the training programs,curriculum,curriculum content has been made,and it is found that there are many outstanding problems in the Undergraduate training compulsory course setting of the vocational education teacher training of electronic majors occupation education,such as the excessive amount of courses,low efficient of the construction and cohesion of professional courses,lacking relevance between the teacher education courses and professional knowledge courses,not well-trained of the practice courses and that the theory is out of practice.The integration and optimization of the curriculum system are desperately needed.Based on the literature analysis of the relevant theories of the course,and learned from the theories and practical experiences of various kinds of education courses in other countries,this paper explored the strategy of courses integration.According to "Professional Standards for Secondary Vocational School Teachers" promulgated by the Ministry of Education,and based on the PCK professional teaching,"normal" and "professional" training are integrated in this research.Present the solutions to the integration of electronic information specialized courses. |
