High-end talents in research universities charge with the important task of teaching,scientific researching and knowledge innovation.They are responsible for training high-level talents and disseminating knowledge.They play an increasingly important role in the progress of science and technology and the improvement of overall national strength.With the development of organizational behavioral science,especially influenced and inspired by behavioral psychology and organizational theory,the cognition of personal differences among employees,the psychological needs of staff and the understanding of occupational needs have gradually become the focus of organizational managers.The emergence of Employee Assistance Program has broadened the road for employee relationship management in the organization,making the organization no longer limited to the external incentive such as salary and welfare,but paid more attention to the psychological needs of employees.High-end talent has a strong value to meet the needs and high self-actualization needs.A severe pressure from society,family,work and other aspects is put upon them.It is easy to produce some negative influences and have a serious negative impact on work and life.With the diversification of mainstream social values,the workplace values pursued by high-end professionals are also becoming more and more diversified.While paying attention to practical factors such as remuneration and benefits,career advancement and so on,stress and emotional health problems have also drawn their attention.In this study,we research-oriented university high-end talent as the research object.Based on the literature research,we use survey research methods to analyzes their response to work pressure to understand their demand for EAP,including the existing welfare programs in the organization and the service content and methods needed in the future.At the same time,we should understand the trust of high-end talent in organizational management and the extent to which the organization supports employees,and determine the organizational environment EAP implements in research universities so as to provide constructive advice on the implementation of EAP in research universities.Most importantly,based on the current research on employee assistance programs,and combining the characteristics of high-end professionals in research universities,it is necessary to explore exactly what kind of EAP service system is effective and effective EAP service system will be implemented in the process of implementation What are the challenges encountered to explore EAP in improving the organization's psychological contract employees to play what role.This paper investigates and analyzes the working pressure of high-end professionals in research universities and the current situation of demand for EAP.The systematic construction of EAP service system for high-end researchers in research universities is of great significance to improving their work efficiency and also enriches the types of research subjects of EAP.At the same time,the theory of stress management and the theory of psychological contract are introduced into the research of EAP,which provides a new theoretical perspective for the systematic research on EAP According to the requirements of EAP of high-end talents in research universities,we construct a concrete implementation model that enriches EAP implementation theory.At the same time,combined with case analysis,it is put forward that EAP should pay attention to the application of research university,which is of great significance to the introduction and popularization of EAP in our country.
