The teacher's occupational happiness is a significant part in teachers occupational life as well as a crucial index which could measure their working and living quality. Paying attention to teacher's occupational happiness not only is conducive to the development of their occupation and the improvement of education quality, but also is beneficial to the teacher groups stability and social development.The truly aim of education is to promoto individual to obtain the experience of hapiness, boost the awareness of happiness and develop the ability of happiness. Teacher's occupational happiness is the certain necessity to realize the eccence of education. Students could "learn in happiness" only if their teachers "teach in happiness" .Cousequently, it has a great significance in thery and reality to study the condition of middle school teacher's occupational happiness directly, analyze all kinds of pressure which endured by them in new times and think of correspondent solutions to improve their occupational happiness as well as maintain their physiological and psychological health.This theis consists of four parts:Part one: Introduction. Mainly explain the origin and significance of the topic;internal and external study conditions;study approaches and thinking in person.Part two: Summary of teacher's occupational happiness. Mainly introduct the connotation of happiness, occupational happiness and teacher's occupational happiness.Part three: Current conditions of middle school teacher's occupational happiness. Mainly introduct the basic conditions of middle school teacher's occupational happiness and analyze several facters which can affect middle school teacher's occupational happiness.Part four: The improvement of middle school teacher's occupational happiness. Mainly introduct the current measures to improve middle school teacher's occupational happiness; the country should greatly rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation and increase input towards education; the sociaty should form a good and public credential atmosphere towards the occupation of teaching; schools should carry out reasonable managements and build up harmonious working conditions; teachers should practically eahamce their quality of occupational life themselves.
