The Analysis And Research On The Status And Shaping Of College Students' Outlook On Life

Life is about people not only means being alive,but also valuable,successful,meaningful and happy.Nowadays,it is a time when society and individuals are pursuing economic benefits,social and cultural values are diversified,and everyone is under pressure.College students who live on university campuses often choose suicide,because they are unable to walk away from their spiritual life because of academic burdens,interpersonal conflicts,family conflicts,and other negative life events.Behind their suicidal behavior is the awareness of their �concept of life� that influences their choice in a deep way.At present,the main body of university students is the �post-95s� period,this group was born and grew up in the whirlpool era of science and technology culture,in the process of reform to adapt to modern society,education pays more attention to teaching the skills of "what to live" and neglects the thinking of guiding students about "why to live",the dereliction of duty in college education is an environmental factor that causes college students to ignore their lives.However,the study of its origins and roots,family education is the foundation of the formation of active life outlook for college students,in particular,�family parenting style� affects their love and cherish on the emotional level,and determine their judgment of the value and meaning of life at the cognitive and understanding level.Based on the relevant theories of the previous research on the life outlook of college students,the paper adopts the Chinese version of the family parenting style evaluation scale EMBU revised by Yue Dongmei and others in 1993,and the self-administered questionnaire �College Life View Questionnaire�,through a questionnaire survey of college students in eight universities in Xi'an,the authors explored the impact of family education on the formation of life outlook of college students.Through the analysis of survey data,it is found that the current life outlook of college students is generally good.the specific performance is that college students score higher on the cognitive aspect of life,indicating that most college students understand the uniqueness and preciousness of life,but the two dimensions of interpersonal communication ability and response to frustration ability score are low,indicating that the interpersonal problemsand frustration problems cannot be correctly handled becomed an important cause of deviation in the outlook on life.At present,the overall situation of college students' family parenting style is relatively good,and the concrete manifestation is that the parental emotional warm understanding level(JFF1/JMF1)scores higher than other dimensions,indicating that most students can receive adequate love and care from their parents.while their parents' interference and protection level(JFF3/JFF6/JMF2)and denial level(JFF5/JMF3)scores are high,indicating that parental care given to their children was excessive,but it put pressure on them,and the scores on other dimensions are low,indicating that parents in the current family parenting style rarely adopt strict education methods.The empirical research results show that family parenting style has inseparable relationship with the formation of life outlook of college students in all dimensions,a good family parenting style is conducive to the formation of a healthy and positive outlook on life for college students.According to the research data,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures from three angles.First of all,the key to constructing a positive outlook on life is the recognition and reshape of the students' self-concept of life,they can make change from three respects,understand the concept of self life,actively reshape a positive view of life;cultivate a healthy life,promote the harmonious development of the body and mind;constantly surpass oneself,enrich the meaning of life.Secondly,the premise of constructing a positive outlook on life lies in the recognition and transformation of parents' self-education styles,they can make change from three respects,reflect on the advantages and disadvantages of their own family parenting style,change their family education styles;take the initiative in word and deed education,and take responsibility for life-view family education;continue to focus on the growth of children,support the transformation of college students to realize the value of life.Finally,the environment that constructs the positive life view needs the support and education of the university campus on the life view,it can be changed from three aspects,set up a life view education curriculum,create a life-loving campus environment;develope life outlook education practice,cultivate students' life emotion;strengthen psychological culture construction,create harmonious and warm campus atmosphere.
