At present,the implementation of the new curriculum has promoted the reform of classroom teaching thought,teaching mode,teaching method and teaching management.However,due to the inaccurate grasp of the new curriculum concept by some teachers,students' problematic behaviors in the classroom in the implementation process of the new curriculum emerge in an endless stream,while the problematic behaviors in the classroom of junior middle school students are more common.The classroom is the main field for junior middle school students in sports school to study culture,and also the main place for their socialized development and growth of personality.The quality of classroom teaching affects the cultural quality of students in sports schools,the overall quality of Chinese athletes and the future development of students in sports schools.For a long time,the sports schools students' classroom problem behavior is like a mountain pressure on sports school math teaching teachers,it seriously affected the quality of classroom teaching and reduce the students' study effect,destroy the relationship between teachers and students,if not timely intervention,will be the future development of sports school junior high school students bring adverse effect.The classroom problem behavior studied in this paper does not include the teacher's problem behavior,only refers to the problem behavior of junior middle school students in the culture class.The classroom problem behavior of junior high school students in PE school refers to the behavior that students violate the rules of classroom behavior or teaching requirements in classroom teaching,which,to varying degrees,obstruct and interfere with the normal operation of classroom activities,affect the teaching of teachers,students themselves and others,and bring negative influence to the teaching activities.This study by using the method of documentary,investigation and mathematical statistics method,all the junior middle school students in Shijiazhuang city sports school and academic teachers as the research object,and investigating the present situation of the sports schools students' classroom problem behavior and analysis,from a deeper level to find sports school cause classroom problem behavior of junior high school students and put forward the coping strategies,hope this study can be for the sports school literacy class teachers on students'classroom problem behavior management to provide some reference.The following conclusions were obtained:1.A survey of 153 junior middle school students in Shijiazhuang sports school was conducted by the self-compiled questionnaire of classroom behavior of junior middle school students.In general,the behaviors with higher frequency included moving around and changing positions at random in class,fighting or heckling with other students,making loud noises in class,eating or drinking at random,sleeping on the table,passing things or notes,always hoping for something interesting in class,playing games or chatting on mobile phones.2.The classroom problem behavior of junior middle school students in sports school is characterized by universality,extraversion,repeatability and difference.Comparing the classroom problem behaviors of junior middle school students in sports schools from different grades and genders,the proportion of classroom problem behaviors of students in the three grades increased with the increase of grade.In addition,male and female students differ in the occurrence rate of individual classroom problem behavior.3.The reasons for the classroom problem behavior of junior middle school students in sports school mainly include students themselves,teachers and environmental factors.Among the reasons of students themselves are the unique psychological characteristics of junior middle school students in sports schools,learning ability and poor foundation,and serious anorexia.The reasons for teachers include improper classroom organization and management,unimproved teaching methods,too little communication with students,and the teacher's emphasis on body and light writing.In addition,other factors include social environment,family environment and school management.4.The coping strategies proposed for junior middle school students in sports school mainly include prevention,regulation and correction.The prevention strategies include standardizing the reasonable classroom rules,improving the teachers' classroom management ability,and establishing a harmonious teacher-student relationship.The control strategy includes the use of resolution strategy,the use of implication strategy and the use of containment strategy.Corrective strategy includes proper punishment and criticism,and developing corrective action plan.
