Research On Waste Of Higher Education Resources In China From The Perspective Of Educational Ecology

On the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China,China's higher education has made remarkable achievements.At a critical time when higher education is about to move from democratization to popularization,we should face the problem of the relationship between the scale of higher education and resources,and pay attention to the phenomenon of resource waste and the real dilemma of resource allocation behind the prosperity and development of higher education.No matter at any stage of development,higher education is always subject to educational resources,which are an important resource for human development in modern society and one of the driving forces for economic and social development.This article is based on pedagogy and educational ecology,combing the waste of higher education resources at home and abroad,according to the law of internal and external relations of education and the cost analysis theory of higher education.The principles of ecological system theory and ecological balance theory in educational ecology focus on the impact of ecological factors on higher education.Through the reclassification of higher education resources,the paper further analyzes the current situation of waste of higher education resources in China,expounds the ecological structure and ecological function of higher education,analyzes the causes of waste of higher education resources from the perspective of educational ecology and puts forward ecological strategy.First of all,the related research on waste of higher education resources is sorted out,and the concepts of educational resources,soft resources of higher education,hard resources of higher education and waste of higher education resources are defined.Secondly,the waste of higher education resources is analyzed from two aspects of higher education soft resources and higher education hard resources.Higher education soft resources refer to the sum of talents,teachers,culture,scientific research and other factors beyond material conditions in the higher educationecosystem.Hard resources of higher education refer to the sum of material factors such as construction resources,public resources and financial resources in the higher education ecosystem.Again,combining the basic spirit of educational ecology and ecological principles,this paper discusses the waste of higher education resources,and points out that the causes of the waste of higher education resources are composed of three aspects: structural imbalance of higher education ecosystem,functional imbalance of higher education ecosystem,and lack of educational ecological concepts.The structural imbalance of the higher education ecosystem is mainly caused by the inefficiency of the higher education system,the blind elevation of the higher education hierarchy and the imbalance of the regional structure of higher education.The function imbalance of the higher education ecosystem is directly affected by the outdated and entrenched material flow,single and inefficient energy flow,rigid and lagging information flow in the higher education ecosystem.Lack of ecological concept includes indifference of ecological consciousness and lack of ecological civilization education.Finally,ecological strategies to reduce the waste of higher education resources are put forward.This paper holds that it is necessary to introduce and promote the ecological concept of higher education and to seek the wisdom of ecological concept from traditional culture.To improve the sustainable development ability of higher education and the ecological carrying capacity of higher education as the path to expand the ecological carrying threshold of higher education;The ecological cycle of the higher education system can be improved by establishing a mechanism for sharing and compensating higher education resources and opening up niches in colleges and universities to exchange talents.Starting from the ecological environment of higher education and the three functional groups,optimize the structure of higher education;The niche of higher education should be improved by improving the niche system and encouraging niche competition.
