Private colleges as an important part of the socialist cause of higher education have developed more than 30 years,Although some achievements have been made,but still exist many problems in the process of its development,The most outstanding is run by the local colleges and universities due to a serious shortage of teachers incentive and cause unstable teachers,teachers' lack of enthusiasm and sense of responsibility,the existence of these problems seriously affected the quality of the development of private colleges.Therefore the problem to be solved urgently in private colleges and universities is how to use and manage teachers reasonably and how to establish the teacher troop in high quality.The theme of this paper is teachers' incentive mechanism of W College which is one of private colleges in Shaanxi province,and that there are more than ten thousand students in these colleges.Firstly,the paper elaborated the research background,significance,research contents and research methods;Secondly in simple combing the incentive theory and relevant non-government university teachers' motivation on the basis of the research status at home and abroad,adopts the method of empirical study,using questionnaire and interview tool to collect data about teachers' incentive W college,and on the basis of mining problems of the college teachers incentive mechanism,the main problems are the lack of a scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system,lack of incentive pay system,the lack of a scientific and reasonable training system,from the college attaches great importance to the scientific research support,ignore the spiritual aspects,the causes of these problems is mainly the government services of private colleges and regulatory functions implementation does not reach the designated position and the management concept of W college itself myth,imperfect management system and budget constraints,etc;Again,in order to solve above the serious influence the development of the college a few outstanding problems,will be located in the research focus of design accord with the characteristics of the college strategic goals and teachers need to incentive mechanism,follow the principle of establishing incentive mechanism is put forward,from the teachers' performance appraisal system design,design salary incentive system,training mechanism,establishing the incentive mechanism of scientific research and the attention of the spiritual teachers incentive mechanism scheme of integrated design;Finally,put forward the W some safeguard measures on the implementation of college teachers incentive mechanism.The Innovation of this paper is to design a set of comprehensive incentive schemes from the need of W college teachers' most concern,by relying on system research method,combining the traditional incentive theory with the practice of the private colleges.The scheme can provide a reference when other private colleges is to establish incentive mechanism.
