With the popularity of ubiquitous technology as well as the social network developed, more convenient access to information, transfer information to the people, not limited by time and space, fragmentation learning to be a lot of people choose new learning style. Trivial but due to the fragmentation of learning resources, information, knowledge, noise source widely, learning community is not stable, fast iterative, lack of authoritative guidance, etc, in the depth of the learners’ learning and knowledge management, has brought certain obstacles, so the efficiency of the fragmentation learning learners did not achieve the desired, but likely led to the decrease of the learners’ attention and fragmentation of thinking, cognitive one-sided and so on.In view of the present study state of fragmentation, be badly in need of personal knowledge management intervention, to properly manage various distracting information resources. Fragmentation learning brings the subversion of traditional ways of learning at the same time, also provides the personal knowledge management requirements and new ideas. Association, cognitive schema based on personal knowledge management of fragmentation learning provides the theoretical support, especially based on digital learning associated with socialism. Association, formed a personal knowledge as the nodes of the network, based on social network, formed a variety of organizations and institutions, will include personal network as a node, as well as the associated feedback to individual knowledge network, for individual continue to learn, form knowledge cycle. These ideas for building fragmentation of the era of knowledge system is of great realistic significance, to better promote the learners in the process of fragmentation learning at the same time to complete the personal knowledge management process.
