Research purposes: this study through yoga and aerobics of middle aged women are static and dynamic balance ability and related physiological mechanism(vestibular sensory,proprioception,lower limb strength),balance scale,scene experiment,yoga and aerobics exercise on middle-aged women balance ability,the influence of the analysis of two kinds of exercises to improve the effect and the difference of middle-aged women balance,thus enriching the research achievements in the field of,to improve the ability of middle-aged women balance falls prevention provide theoretical basis for the fitness form.Research methods: this article USES the literature material method,experimental method,mathematical statistics research methods,such as study,middle-aged women in Qingdao impulse 44 and 59 new members as experimental object,screening to meet the requirements of testing 30 people in yoga,aerobics,projects for testing,the research to the static balance test,dynamic balance test,related physiological mechanism(vestibular sensory,proprioception,lower limb strength),balance scale test and scene test,the results by spss19.0 statistical analysis.Research results:(1)static balance ability: after the experiment,the standing time of the yoga group with closed eyes and left foot was 23.32±3.85 s,and that of the aerobic exercise group was 20.85±4.48 s.The significance test P value was 0.043(P < 0.05),showing a significant difference.The right foot standing time of the yoga group was 25.33±4.14 s,and that of the aerobic exercise group was 22.20±4.94 s.The significance test P value was 0.012(P < 0.05),showing a significant difference.The test results of the strengthening Romberg index in the yoga group were 25.74±5.42 s,and those in the aerobic exercise group were 22.71±5.96 s.The significance test P value was 0.045(P < 0.05),indicating that yoga had a greater impact on the static balance ability of middle-aged women than aerobic exercise.(2)dynamic balance ability: after the experiment,the time of closed eyes treading in the yoga group and the aerobic exercise group was 5.29±1.69 s and 6.49±1.32 s,respectively.The significance test P value was 0.002(P < 0.01),showing a significant difference.The standing-walking time was 12.00±0.75 seconds and 11.25±0.46 seconds,respectively.The P value of significance test was 0.002(P < 0.01),with significant difference.It shows that aerobics exerts more influence on the dynamic balance ability of middle-aged women than yoga.(3)related physiological mechanism: after the experiment,the testing distances of vestibular steps in the yoga and aerobic exercise groups were 8.39±1.26 cm and 8.71±1.27 cm,respectively.The significance test P value was 0.017(P < 0.05),with significant difference.After the experiment,the absolute error Angle of knee joint Angle in the yoga group and the aerobic exercise group was 4.66±1.71 degrees and 4.98±1.66 degrees,respectively.The significance test P value was 0.021(P < 0.05),showing a significant difference.The absolute error Angle of the ankle joint was 2.11 0.78 degrees and 2.65±1.01 degrees,respectively.The P value of significance test was 0.045(P < 0.05),showing significant difference.The test time of standing heel lift was 52.8±13.42 seconds and 48.25±11.13 seconds,respectively.The P value of significance test was 0.039(P < 0.05),showing a significant difference,indicating that the influence of yoga on vestibular sensation,proprioception and lower limb strength of middle-aged women's balance ability was greater than that of aerobic exercise.(4)balance scale: the total score of Berg balance scale in the yoga group and aerobic exercise group after the experiment was respectively The significance test P value was 0.258(P > 0.05),with no significant difference,indicating that yoga and aerobic exercise had basically the same impact on the fall risk of middle-aged women.(5)the scene experiment: yoga and aerobics group in the consumption of the experimental situations were 14.74±0.97 s,14.52±0.96 s,significance test P value is 0.344(P > 0.05),do not have significant difference,show by 12 weeks of practice,yoga and aerobics in middle-aged women balance the impact of daily life are basically the same.
