With the further advancement of the new curriculum reform,higher requirements have been put forward for deepening the reform of teaching and improving the professional quality of teachers.Teaching and research activities,as the core link of deepening teaching reform,take teachers as the research subject,solve various teaching practice problems as the research object,realize teacher professionalization and promote The effective way to implement the new curriculum.Therefore,under the background of the new curriculum reform in China,the development of teaching and research activities has received much attention.Teachers as the main body of teaching and research activities play an important role in the effectiveness of teaching and research activities.The effective participation of teachers and the communication and collaboration among teacher groups all influence the implementation of teaching and research activities.However,in actual activities,it has been found that many front-line teachers are busy with teaching work,neglecting teaching and research,leading to teaching without research,and research without results.Further reading the relevant literature found that China has a relatively rich research in the theoretical aspects of teaching and research activities,but less research on teaching and research subjects-teacher participation in teaching and research activities.Based on the above reasons,this study used literature,observation,and questionnaire surveys to select S middle school teachers as the research subjects,using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis methods,from the teacher participation in the form of teaching and research activities,the process of teacher participation in teaching and research activities,Teachers' participation in teaching and research activities,such as the performance of the analysis of the status quo of teacher participation in teaching and research as well as existing problems,explore the reasons that may affect teacher participation in teaching and research activities,and put forward corresponding suggestions.The study found that: The problems affecting teachers' participation in teaching and research are:(1)the atmosphere of teaching and research in schools is not strong,and the predominant atmosphere is predominant;(2)the content of teaching and research is limited toclassroom teaching,and there is no substantive teaching and research achievement;(3)teachers The lack of awareness of teaching and research activities and the lack of internal motivation for participation;(4)The teaching and research evaluation is not in place,and the activity process lacks supervision and evaluation.Suggestions for improving the effectiveness of teachers' participation in teaching and research activities:(1)Creating a high participation type of teaching and research atmosphere;(2)Focusing on teachers' needs,exploring diversified participation methods,and teaching and research content satisfying teachers' needs;(3)Training teacher teaching and research needs Knowledge and skills to enhance teachers' teaching and research capabilities;(4)Strengthen teaching and research management and evaluation,establish indicators for monitoring and evaluation and incentive systems,and restrict and encourage teachers to participate in teaching and research from the institutional perspective.
