Functional strength training(FST)is a training method which can improve the ability of special exercises by strengthening the core strength and making the neuromuscular system more efficient.Through exploring the application of Functional strength training on the high school basketball athletes?bounce quality,this paper can provide theoretical references for basketball coaches to improve basketball players?bounce quality and develop training programs.This research makes the effect of 12 weeks?Functional strength training on the high school basketball players?bounce quality as the research object and uses the literature review method to retrieve relevant literatures in the database of CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure).It also combines the result of experts?interviews to develop a functional strength training program and implement it.Moreover,from a statistical point of view,this research deals with and analyzes the data of experimental measurements.The results of the study showed that the experimental group had vertical in-situ jump height,standing long jump,in-situ lateral jump height,run-up vertical jump touch height,assisted running single-foot jump touch height,run-up lateral jump height after 12 weeks of intervention and There was a statistically significant difference before the experiment(P<0.01),and there was no statistical difference in the measurement data before and after the ten consecutive in-situ longitudinal jumps(P>0.05);the standing jump in the control group and the lateral deterrence in situ were found.There was no significant difference between the interventions after the 12-week intervention and the experiment(P>0.05).),but the numerical value has been improved,the results of the comparison of measurement data before and after the field vertical jump touch height test are statistically significant(P <0.01).After 12 weeks of intervention,there was no significant difference in the measurement data between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),and the standing and jumping distance and in situ lateral movement were not significant.There was a statistically significant difference in the measured data after high-exit,assisted-run longitudinal jumping,touch-up,assisted-run single-foot jump,and run-up lateral pull-up(P<0.01).The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)12 weeks of Functional strength training can significantly improve the ground bounce quality of high school men's basketball athletes.Although the traditional strength training is a good training method,but from the perspective of overall coordinated development of basketball special bounce quality,the combination of functional strength training and traditional strength training will help to enhance the ground bounce quality of athletes.(2)12 weeks of Functional strength training can notably enhance the run-up takeoff and bounce performance of high school men's basketball players.Thus it can be seen that Functional strength training is more effective than traditional training in improving the special bounce quality of high school basketball players.(3)Neither 12 weeks of Functional strength training nor traditional strength training can obviously improve continuous bounce ability of high school men?s basketball players.The training method of continuous bounce ability of high school men?s basketball players needs to be further explored.
