In recent years,with the rapid development of our society,the living pressure in China is gradually increasing,which leads to the decrease of the time for parents to take care of their children,and the increasing demand for private coach school.As a part of the education area,the development and construction of coaching education enterprises in China are not only related to the development and progress of educational enterprises themselves,but also has an important influence on the improvement of academic achie-vement of Chinese teenagers.Nowadays,the coaching educational institutions are various and emerging one after another.How to stand out among the numerous coaching educational institutions and become bigger and stronger in the future have been the primary concern of private coaching education enterprises.Based on above problems,this paper takes the marketing strategy of "K Private coaching education Company" as the main research object,and it expounds the relevant theories of marketing.The current situation and problems of the company are analyzed in detail by SWOT analysis.The author finds out causes of the company's problems by using the 7p marketing theory,and she offers the corresponding solutions.The direction for the future formulation of the company's marketing strategy is pointed out.The specific suggestions are given from the aspects of product,price,place,promotion,people,physical evidence and process.Finally the paper offers the measures to have these suggestions properly realized.
