The talents cultivated by private undergraduate colleges provide a tremendous driving force for social construction.With the deepening of China's reform and opening up,China has put forward higher requirements for the development level of private undergraduate adult education.In order to adapt to the continuous development of the society,the adult education of private undergraduate colleges should constantly improve their own teaching quality,improve the quality of talent training,and improve the reputation and influence in the society by improving the quality of personnel training,so as to enhance their competitiveness.To improve the quality of personnel training in colleges and universities is a key factor in improving teachers' classroom teaching quality.Many scholars have conducted a series of studies on this issue.However,there is a lack of systematic research on how to proceed effective classroom teaching quality evaluation for adult education in privately-run universities.This study took the teachers and students of the School of Continuing Education of the S Institute as the research object,and combed the existing theoretical results through literature collection.On this basis,the relevant factors of classroom teaching quality evaluation and the characteristics of privately-run colleges and universities were studied.As well as the characteristics of adult education,we conducted a targeted survey of the status quo of the evaluation of adult education classroom teaching quality at the S Institute,summarized and sorted out existing problems in the evaluation of adult education classroom teaching quality at the S Institute,and conducted Attribution analysis eventually seeks a more reasonable and scientific assessment of the quality of adult education classroom teaching in S Institute.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction part,which aims to explain the background and significance of the research;the research review of the evaluation of adult education classroom teaching quality;the definition of core concepts and research methods.The second part gives a general overview of the classroom teaching quality evaluation of adult education in privately run universities,including the constituent elements of the evaluation of the quality of classroom teaching for adult education in private undergraduate colleges;the evaluation of the quality of classroom teaching for adult education in privately run universities and private colleges.The Role of Classroom Teaching Quality Evaluation in Adult Education Schools.The third part makes a relevant investigation on the status quo of classroom teaching quality evaluation of adult education in the S Institute.Including the general situation of adult education development in the S Institutes;the text analysis of adult education quality evaluation system in the S Institute;the investigation and analysis of adult education quality evaluation system in the S Institute and the problems in adult education quality evaluation in the S Institute.Questionnaire survey was used to investigate the textual analysis of the education quality evaluation system of the S Institute.Through surveys,it was found that the problems in the evaluation of adult education quality in S Institute mainly include:the evaluation subject is single and the subjective issues are significant;The method is inflexible,and the implementation process is cumbersome.The lack of continuity in the evaluation process tends to encourage teachers'speculative psychology.Overemphasis is placed on diagnostic functions and the use of evaluation results is not reasonable.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the adult education quality evaluation of the S Institute under the basis and analysis of the third part,mainly including:implementing multi-subject evaluations and adjusting the weights reasonably;efficiently and flexibly implementing teaching evaluation;fully exerting multiple functions of the evaluation mechanism And mobilize the enthusiasm of the relevant stakeholders in the evaluation.
