Research On The Cultural Construction Of College Students' Association

Joining the community has become an important choice for college students,and the community has comprised a significant part of the second classroom targeting the ideological and political education aimed at college students.Showing extreme significance in the new era,strengthening the cultural construction of college students' associations,as an educational goal and an essential means,helps to strengthen moral education and cultivate people and nurture students into talents respectively.While improving the quality of cultural education,it improves ideological and political education.Sharing their commonalities,both the cultural construction of college students' associations and the ideological and political work in colleges and universities are people-oriented,for they,being students-oriented,care for students,serve students,respect and understand them,maximize their enthusiasm and creativity,and improve their overall quality.In the process of exploring the cultural construction of the community,this paper focuses on the main problems in the construction process: insufficient political leadership,imperfect rules and regulations,and weak innovation and creativity.Combined with literature research,questionnaires,and survey and interview against teachers and students,the countermeasures are as follow: strengthening the party's leadership over the cultural construction of college students' associations,enriching the content of the college students' community culture,improving the mechanism of college students' community culture construction,and improving the innovation and creativity of college students' associations.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part mainly discusses the related background of "college construction of college students' community",including the background and its significance,research methods and logic thinking,and make a summary and review of the academic achievements of this research object at home and abroad.The research method was described in detail,and finally pointed out the key difficulties and innovations of this paper.The second part explains the connotation of college students' associations,college students' community culture and college students' community culture,and further illustrates the main contents of college students' community culture construction: the material culture construction of college students' associations,the spiritual culture construction of college students' associations,the construction of college students' community mechanism and construction of behavioral culture of college students' associations.In addition,this part further explains the principles and main features of the construction of college students' community culture.The third part is mainly based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature research.It conducts a questionnaire survey and field interview research on the current status of college students' community culture construction in Chongqing.It concludes that the conducive outcomes of the construction including improving the understanding of the cultural construction of college students' associations,the remarkable effect of college students' community culture construction,and the consolidated new talents-educated pool in colleges and universities.And the reasons for the problems in the construction process are put forward.The fourth part puts forward the main countermeasures to strengthen the cultural construction of college students' associations,namely,strengthening the party's leadership over the cultural construction of college students' associations,enriching the content of college students' community culture,improving the mechanism of college students' community culture construction,and improving the innovation ability of college students' associations.
