The tremendous changes that our society has experienced have extended to all areas of teaching,including the content of classroom instruction.From an ethical point of view,teaching is an ethical world,a moral issue related to all teaching,and a moral education.However,there is still a phenomenon of lack of teaching ethics,vagueness and lack of individualized reflection in daily teaching.Therefore,learning teacher's self-understanding of the teaching ethics and the road to the professionalization of teaching ethics is an important issue that teachers face in teaching.This paper uses qualitative research to demonstrate the true status of a teacher's teaching ethics through the tracking of a male teacher's personal life,supplemented by in-depth interviews,observations and literature.Firstly,the teacher's open class is described from the three levels of teaching design,implementation and evaluation.Secondly,from the teacher's actual teaching life,a micro-examination is carried out to deeply describe the ethical patterns of teachers' daily teaching through the other students,colleagues,family members,teaching trainings and personal experience.Finally,the perception and turn of teachers' teaching ethics are analyzed.Through combing and analyzing the existing data and extracting relevant core concepts,the research content of grounded theory is finally formed.Trying to sum up the ways of teacher's teaching ethics awareness and turning,provide ideas for the improvement and turn of teaching ethics of other teachers.The study found that the teacher's teaching ethics is mainly reflected in the classroom teaching,including the knowledge and literacy of teachers' teaching design ethics and aiso including the ethical choice of classroom fairness,questioning art,thinking and expression freedom,teaching wit and classroom encouragement in teaching implementation,and related ethical content in teaching evaluation.The teacher's self-awareness and turning direction mainly include teachers' compliance with the norms of national teachers' professional ethics,developing teachers' ethical sensitivity and enriching teachers' ethics knowledge,thus achieve the ethical improvement of teachers' teaching.The consciousness and turning of teaching ethics self is another important path for the promotion and development of teachers' teaching.The presentation of the ethics of open teaching ethics of a male teacher,the deep description of daily teaching style and the path of teaching ethics improvement are the main content.It aims to promote the self-reflection ability of teachers in teaching and the individualized generation of teaching ethics,which provides a realistic basis for improving teachers' teaching efficiency and classroom management.
