Today's society is a people-centered society. Education put people on an unprecedented level. The education Chinese language cares more about human life with a particular attention to human development. Education itself has specific regulations of ethics. Hence, it requires teachers to concern more about teaching ethics in teaching and to apply the theories into practice through their classroom teaching. Proceed from the perspective of ethics, this research make a study of teaching ethics in Chinese language teaching in order to not only help to enhance teachers' ethical awareness, and help to improve the efficiency of teaching so that students can get a better and more comprehensive development.Through the review of past studies, most researches explored the ethical research with a focus on the entire teaching process. However, ethical researches specific for the discipline of Chinese language remain inadequate. Morality of teaching has two dimensions.the one is the "morality of outer-growing", and the other is the "morality of inner-growing". Therefore, in the second part of the research, the author clarifies the unique characteristics of ethics on Chinese language and distinguishes with the other principles. In the third part of this article, the author makes a research and analyses of the current situation of Chinese language teaching, and then makes a conclusion of the ethical problems that existed in this field and a series of characteristics that presented by some Chinese teachers who emphasized ethics in teaching in the aspects of teaching conscience, equity, responsibility and stratification, etc. The author aims to put a good role model for some teachers who have lower awareness of ethics. In the last part of this article, the author proposed some ideas and methods to enhance the ethical awareness of language teaching from two aspects of internal and external causes.
