Research Of Basic Course Teachers' Career Development In Higher Vocational Colleges

Higher vocational education occupies the increasing proportion in higher education in our country.Higher vocational education is changing the concept of personnel training gradually.It take the initiative to adapt to the needs of today's society,and strengthen with the combination of industries and enterprises.The changing of education concept have lead the task of improving the quality of higher vocational education more difficult Higher vocational college teachers,In the forefront of the education work,especially shoulder the responsibility and pressure.As the main participants in higher vocational education,the basic course teachers in higher vocational colleges are gradually marginalized under the the form of developing the specialized department first.Their career development especially face awkward situation.So pay attention to the professional development of basic course teachers in higher vocational colleges,and built a science system of development on the basis of career planning for basic course teachers in higher vocational colleges are very necessary for the stability of the construction of a high-quality teaching staff of vocational education and the development of Vocational Colleges and vocational education.The research of this paper is based on the basic course teachers' career in Higher Vocational Colleges as the object,first of all,the domestic and foreign related research review is analyzed,and then discussed the related theory of career planning.Again,choose the Changsha District of Career Academy and Hunan Labor and Hxman Resources Vocational College,young basic course teachers 150,conducted a questionnaire survey.At the same time,combined with interviews to gather more detailed data.According to the survey,at present,there are some problems in career planning management of basic course teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges.Investigate the root cause,teachers have their own reasons,and there are school reasons and family social reasons,in view of this,for the three aspects of reasons,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures respectively.
