With the social progress and economic development of our country,the employment difficulty of college students becomes a social problem which cannot be ignored.College students' career planning as a research hot spot gradually be seriously rise,but at the moment about higher vocational single recruit students of career planning research is few,to enrich the theoretical support of this field,this study attempts to investigate the career planning of students in higher vocational colleges.Different students in grade 2016 and 2017 from a vocational and technical college in Dalian as the research object to acquire the status of career planning of single recruit students,and to explore the influence factors of career planning.Based on previous research,this article preliminary prediction the relationship between achievement motivation,professional identity and career planning is very complex.In addition to a direct impact on career planning,professional identity will work through achievement motivation on career planning.Using professional identity scale,achievement motivation scale,college students' career planning,such as questionnaire investigation,a total of 750 questionnaires,the actual total 709 effective questionnaires were taken back,effective rate was 94.53% collected the data using SPSS20.0 statistical software for inputting and analysis,the conclusion is as follows:(1)The career planning of students in higher vocational colleges is in the middle level.(2)The grades,professional learning conditions,choice types of and professional types have an impact on the career planning of students in higher vocational colleges.(3)Professional identity is positively correlated with career planning;Achievement motivation is positively correlated with career planning.(4)All dimensions of career planning(the professional exploration,self-awareness,goals,plans,self-control,interpersonal relationship,and feedback corrections)of this students can be predict by professional identity and achievement motivation.At the same time,the achievement motivation is the intermediary variable between professional identity and career planning.In other words,professional identity has a direct impact on career planning,and it also plays a role in career planning through achievement motivation.This research to higher vocational single recruit students of professional identity,achievement motivation and career planning combining study,reveals the relations between and among,the results of the study for higher vocational single recruit students can help to know their interest and ability as soon as possible,with the purpose of learning,choose to suit their own conditions,provides reference for career planning.
