| At present,China’s economy is in a relatively stable and sustainable growth situation,but its growth model is changing,and the social economic structure is also facing large-scale adjustment.In order to accelerate the rapid economic development,the society needs to provide more technical resources.Because of this,the gap of professional and technical talents is expanding,and the cultivation of application-oriented talents is extremely urgent.Higher education is the training base of high-quality talents,and vocational education is the main force of transferring technical talents.Higher vocational education is the driving force of the sustainable development of our society,and the professional development of higher vocational teachers is the core of higher vocational education reform.The professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges has influenced their teaching quality to a certain extent.Teachers,as the backbone of higher vocational education,have become an important part of talent transfer.With the large-scale reform and development of vocational education,both the society and the academic circle will begin to pay more attention to higher vocational education,and discuss how to start from the main level of teachers,to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.Above comprehensive social development background,policy background and academic research background,research object of this study are teachers in higher vocational colleges.Using the career management questionnaire prepared by professor Long li rong,the professional development questionnaire prepared by Gao Zhenfa,and the revised professional identity questionnaire based on the existing research.More than 400 teachers from higher vocational colleges in Guangxi Fujian and Hebei were taken as samples;the Thesis used SPSS22.0 letter validity analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis,a mediation effect analysis and so on,to explore career identity,the relations between career planning and professional development.The results show :(1)There are significant differences in some demographic variables in the career identity,career planning and professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers’ professional identity and career planning in vocational colleges.(3)Vocational identity and career planning of teachers in higher vocational colleges can positively predict professional development.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between vocational identity and professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between career planning and professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.(6)Career planning plays an intermediary role between professional identity and professional development.Through the analysis and summary of the above research results,with the guidance of career theory and social identity theory,referring to the existing situation and data analysis results,we need to raise the vocational teachers ’professional identity and promote vocational teacher career planning to accelerate the professional development of vocational teachers,Specifically,in terms of improving vocational identity of teachers in higher vocational colleges,we can start from three directions: improving vocational perception and evaluation of teachers,strengthening vocational emotional experience of teachers,and improving their vocational behavioral tendency.In terms of promoting teachers’ career planning in higher vocational colleges,we can start from three directions: establishing career goals,encouraging teachers to continue their study and building harmonious relationship.In order to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges,it is urgent to promote and guarantee the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.This study mainly discusses the role of teachers’ professional identity in professional development in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes its specific influence mechanism by taking career planning as an intermediary,this study also provide certain reference for better research on teachers’ professional development in higher vocational colleges. |
