Self-confidence is an important factor which affecting the individual behavior. In which,self-efficacytheory is also an important part of self-confidence. In recent years, self-efficacy has become a crucial fieldof psychology and Ethology research, Some experts made a series of tests which based on the theory ofself-efficacy in different environment,Has come to that the level of self-efficacy directly affects theexpressive of self-confidence when individual respond to different environments or in the face of a newsetting. This study, makes a comparative research about the performance of college students’ sports studyaccording to the theory of self-efficacy,which researches the factors which affecting the college students’sense of self-efficacy from the perspective of psychology. This paper by reading a lot of literature aboutself-efficacy,which used the "sport self-efficacy scale" and "sport learning performance scale", selectedstudents in Henan Normal University as research subjects, surveyed202students, using the obtained datafor statistical analysis by digital analysis software SPSS Smartreader20, obtained the followingconclusions:College Students’ gender, age, cadres or not can affect the sense of self-efficacy which related to sportsin his body. Positive impact between self-efficacy in six dimensions and task and contextual performance inwhich of Sport Learning has been existed. But these did’t have a linear regression about this dimension ofthe individual’ successful experience and the two dimensions of Sport Learning performance. thisdimension of predominating experience has a inear regression with relationship performance,but not withtask performance. four dimensions, vicarious experience, persuasion, innovation,and physiologicalarousal,have a linear regression relationship with two dimensions of sport learning performance.Finally, in order to verify the envisaged of this study, this paper presents some research strategies andrecommendations to improve the students’ sense of self-efficacy, and summarizes the deficiencies. I hopethis research which about improving the college students’ sports learning performance can provide a littlehelp and research prospects.
