In this paper,we investigate the video teaching method and the relevant theoretical basis of the present practical application of application in the teaching of the college students tennis lesson options,after the experimental class compared to conventional and video learning differences in tennis classes,video teaching method in university tennis in daily classroom teaching reform in our country the place of innovation and practical application value,aiming at various problems occurred in the specific experiments to make statistics and analysis,give the corresponding opinions and Suggestions on specific issues.Video teaching method can not only make up for the lack of students' independent practice in class time in traditional physical education teaching,but also open a new way to optimize education and teaching.In this paper,literature review,mathematical statistics and experimental methods were used to conduct an experimental study on the tennis special technology of 2016 tennis class students in shenyang normal university,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.Using video teaching method has no significant influence on the forehand learning performance of the tested students.2.The use of video teaching method has little influence on the backhand batting test scores of the tested students.3.Students using video teaching method are obviously better than those using traditional teaching method in service test scores.4.The students using video teaching method are obviously superior to those using traditional teaching method in the performance of high-pressure batting test.5.The results of forehand volley test of students using video teaching method were significantly better than those using traditional teaching method.6.The students using the video teaching method were significantly better than those using the traditional teaching method in the test results of backhand volley.7.Using video teaching method,there was no significant difference in students' scores of netball test.8.Students using the video teaching method were significantly better than those using the traditional teaching method in the technical evaluation test results of passing through the net.
