With the further promotion of comprehensive deepening reform,the reform of education system is moving forward,and the related policies encourage students to participate in sports.Table tennis optional courses in colleges and universities are widely carried out in college physical education courses and are popular.Although the elective course of table tennis has been taught in most of the colleges and universities,the teaching effect is different.The reason lies in that the traditional teaching method focuses on the standardization and stage rate of table tennis technical movements,and has lower requirements for the stability of hitting and landing points.And invariable teaching methods lead to the gradual decline of students’ interest in learning,especially female college students.This research creatively introduces the landing practice method in the teaching of female college students table tennis elective course,aiming at improving the teaching effect of college table tennis elective course,making female college students really master the basic skills of table tennis,achieving physical education teaching objectives,and laying a better foundation for lifelong sports.Applying the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,Eighty female students from the table tennis optional class of grade 2019 in Zhengzhou University were selected as experimental objects,a 16-week teaching experiment was carried out,and pay attention to the design of landing point teaching experiment.Compared the practice method with the traditional one,the experiment proves the experimental hypothesis that the landing practice method can significantly promote the teaching efficiency of table tennis optional course,so as to facilitate the teaching reform of table tennis optional course in colleges and universities,and accelerate the wide application of landing point method in the teaching of table tennis optional course in colleges and universities.Through the systematic analysis of the experimental results,the following conclusions have been put forward.First,in terms of physical quality,the experiment shows that the practice methods of landing point and traditional practice have certain experimental results in improving the physical quality indicators of the experimental group.Different from the traditional practice method,the landing practice method can also improve the sensitivity of female college students.Performance for the sideline slide touch table results significantly improved(P<0.05).Second,in terms of technical level,the standardization of technical actions of the experimental group and the control group has been improved.While compared with the traditional practice method,the landing point method has a more obvious effect in promoting the standardization of students’ technical actions;As for technical effect,the landing point method can significantly improve the students’ grade of fixed-point single ball and two-point single ball forehand and backhand(P<0.05).At the same time,the technical effect of the experimental group is also greater.Moreover,the landing practice method can promote female college students in the forehand and backhand hitting landing point stability and continuity to establish a closer relationship,and then improve the teaching effect.Third,with regard to practical ability,the competition performance of the experimental group,after the intervention of landing point method,is improved dramatically,which proves that the method for female college students in optional courses can significantly improve the practical ability than the traditional practice method.Fourth,for students’ interest in table tennis learning,compared with the traditional practice method,landing practice method can significantly improve the female college students’ interest in table tennis learning.Fifthly,through the Markov chain evaluation method,this paper evaluates the teaching effect of table tennis optional course at the level of students’ total score,and scientifically verifies that landing practice method can improve the teaching effect of female college students’ table tennis elective course more effectively.
