As an independent and special group of pupils,the senior pupils in primary schools are the key period for the continuous development of their mind,emotional expression and self-reliance.However,due to the influence of family factors and social attention,the senior pupils in primary schools have some deficiencies in self-management ability.This research takes the action research of the implementation strategy of class self-management of senior primary school students as the topic.Through the analysis of the implementation effect and existing problems of class self-management in X school,this paper puts forward a more systematic action plan of class self-management,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions based on the implementation effect,which not only helps to help senior primary school students this special situation.Group development of class self-management has accumulated practical experience,but also for the effective solution of class self-management problems faced by X school effective solutions.This research chooses the students,parents and teachers of the five elementary schools around X school as the research object,and systematically understands the current situation and problems of the self-management of the elementary school senior classes by means of questionnaire,interview and observation,and analyses the causes.The action research method was used to conduct a year-long action research in Class 2,Grade 6,X School.It is found that in class management,there are some problems,such as students' unwillingness to participate in the process of class self-management,poor implementation effect of class self-management,excessive intervention by teachers,and so on.The reasons are that parents do not support class self-management,lack of effective and scientific evaluation mechanism in class management,and teachers' educational management ideas are too rigid.For this reason,the researcher takes a class in a sample school as the object,and through the action research of class self-management,finds that students' self-management focuses on the mobilization of students' subjective initiative.Teachers' empowerment and students' empowerment are the preconditions for realizing self-management.Class self-management needs smooth mechanism construction,and the key is to play the role of class cadres in classself-management.Parent support is a necessary force for students to participate in self-management,and self-management of class promotes students' development.Therefore,the self-management of the senior classes in primary schools should first strengthen the students' autonomous initiative,focusing on the combination of "decentralization" and psychological counseling,so as to improve the students' individual autonomous initiative;secondly,it should further enrich and improve the form and content of the self-management of the classes,focusing on optimizing and improving the operation of the "class bank" system and strengthening it.The role of the class supervisory group and the working mechanism of the weekly and monthly summary of the class should be carried out steadily and orderly.Finally,parents should actively promote their enthusiasm to participate in the self-management of the class,focusing on strengthening communication and coordination with parents,and actively inviting more parents to participate in the self-management of the class.
