With the extensive deepening of education reform at all levels,self-management has increasingly become the focus of class management.More and more people begin to pay attention to the important role of students' self-management ability in students' individual development, and actively explore ways to improve students' class self-management ability. The school where the researchers work also encourages the class teacher to actively explore and practice the class self-management,but in the actual operation process, most of the class self-management is often replaced by the "class teacher management",and the students' class self-management ability can not be effectively improved. Therefore, this study adopts the way of action research, selects 55 students in class X of grade 5 of X primary school as the research participants and research objects, and carries out a one-year action research, trying to improve the students' ability of class self-management through the implementation of the action plan,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of class management.First of all, through the "students' class self-management ability evaluation form",interviews and observation,we evaluate the students' class self-management ability. The results show that the main problems of the students in the class are as follows: the students' consciousness of participating in the class self-management is not strong;Class objectives and rules and regulations are random;Lack of executive class self-management team; The initiative of students to participate in class self-management is insufficient, and the platform space of students to participate in class self-management is insufficient.Secondly, using the methods of interview and observation to explore the main factors that affect the class self-management ability of senior primary school students. This study found that the main factors restricting students' class self-management ability are: students, head teachers and parents' awareness is not in place;School environment and class environment and other environmental factors;Lack of practice and training opportunities for students; The evaluation and assessment mechanism is not mature and perfect. On this basis, according to the relevant theory, the action plan is designed and implemented from three aspects of students, class teachers and parents. In terms of students,we should improve students' recognition and attention to class self-management,cultivate class self-management team, encourage students to participate in class self-management practice, and establish a reasonable evaluation mechanism. In the aspect of head teachers,we should change the concept of class management and improve their professional quality. As for parents, they should actively communicate with their parents, change their ideas and get their support. After the action, the scale, interview, observation and other methods are used to comprehensively evaluate the students' class self-management ability. It is found that the implementation effect of the final action plan is better, the students' awareness of participating in class self-management is improved, the initiative of participating in class self-management is enhanced, and the students' class self-management ability is improved.Based on the reflection of the whole process and results of the action research, this study suggests that the ability of classself-management of senior primary school students can be improved from the following aspects: efforts should be made to improve students' awareness and initiative of participating in class self-management,relatively perfect and fixed class level rules and regulations should be established, and students' participation in the selection, organization and training of class self-management team should be emphasized,Actively expand the platform for students to participate in class self-management,and strive for the external support of class teachers and parents.
