| Nowadays, although children in the welfare of the public are children with disabilities, there are still a small number of healthy and mentally ill children growing up in welfare homes.Due to the special growth environment, when a small number of children enter the period of violent and unbalanced development of adolescence, they are prone to solitude problems, such as the unwillingness to communicate with people after they do not adapt to the school environment after entering school. It is difficult to integrate into the school environment. If these conditions are not discovered in time and the problem of solitude is intervened, when such a group of young people withdraw from the welfare home to integrate into society, join the competition and interpersonal interaction of the society, and pursue life alone, they will face more severe situations. In this study, adolescents in a welfare institution were selected as intervention targets. On the basis of the integration and combing of the research results, the interviews and questionnaires were used to understand the detached status of the welfare adolescents and to conduct a needs assessment for the team members.Based on the needs assessment, the author designed and carried out the group work to help the welfare school adolescents to improve the problem of solitude, hoping to improve the self-cognitive bias of the team members and improve communication skills to improve the problem of solitude. After the comparison of the pre-test and post-test data, the response of the team members and the author’s participation review to assess the completion of the team’s tasks,it was found that the group’s social work involved in the welfare of the adolescents in the welfare home can get better results. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: After analyzing the pre-work and post-measurement tables of the group,it is found that the subjects with active change tendency have a fast change effect;the cognition of the research subjects has a certain influence on the intervention;Personalization helps the group’s activities and problems are alleviated.Using the theoretical basis and methods of group work to solve the problem of adolescents in welfare homes,we can create an intervention environment with a sense of security and abandonment of the research object, which is conducive to the study oflater skills and improve the detachment of research objects.effect.The author finds that the direct cause of the problem of adolescents in children’s welfare homes is the lack of inferiority and communication skills caused by the reader’s misunderstanding. The root cause is that many of the researches hope to correct the wrong perceptions of the research subjects and teach them the skills to communicate.Fundamentally solve the problem of the solitude of the welfare adolescents.I also hope to improve the overall child growth environment of welfare homes, help them to explore their own advantages and potentials, enhance the ability of welfare home children to solve problems independently and respond to various challenges, provide employment counseling and training for disabled children in welfare homes, and be self-reliant in adulthood. To promote the development of our national affairs and reduce the burden of civil affairs. It is not simply a specific problem for children in welfare homes, nor is it just for children in welfare homes. |
