Since 2010,in order to improve the efficiency of running schools,China has greatly adjusted the layout of rural schools.Primary schools in sparsely populated areas have been cancelled or merged,and local children have been forced to choose boarding schools.In this case,the number of students in rural boarding schools Rapid increase The form of boarding school has alleviated the problem of rural children's difficulties in schooling to a certain extent,and provided students with a certain degree of study and life convenience.However,with the expansion of the boarding school,some problems in the management of students' after-school life have followed.This study used questionnaires,interviews,field observations and other survey methods to conduct in-depth case studies on the after-school life and management of boarding students in Zhenzhu Middle School,Zhenxiong County,Yunnan Province.The research contents include diet,accommodation,health,and extracurricular activities.In the investigation of the status quo of the after-school life of boarding students in Guozhu Middle School,the author analyzes Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and implicit curriculum theory,analyzes the existing problems and causes from the perspective of management,and proposes to improve the rural areas based on the analysis of causes.Suggestions for boarding school junior high school after school life and management.The study found that the problem of after-school life management in Guozhu Middle School is that,first,the diet,the catering service personnel are not up to standard,the personnel management is not good,and the guarantee conditions are not good;the second is the accommodation,the dormitory culture is insufficient,and the housing management is weak.The quality of the teacher is generally not high;the third is health,lack of health education,inadequate sanitation facilities,lack of professional management personnel and health management system;fourth,in terms of extracurricular activities,the content of activities is single,the frequency of activities is low,and there is a lack of correlation.Institutions,etc.Overall,the after-school life of boarding students in Guozhu Middle School remained at a relatively junior level,which basically guaranteed the physiological needs of students' dietary needs,but other safety needs,needs for love and belonging,and the need for respect were not met.From the perspective of school management,it is found that the reasons for the above shortcomings are:insufficient understanding,weak organization,lack of evaluation feedback mechanism.From a deeper perspective,the government implements a consistent financial appropriation system,the administrative department misplaces the school,etc.;the family lacks a family education atmosphere;the teacher,the class teacher neglects the education,the class teacher and the board teacher's fault;etc.;students,students His own self-control is low,he is unrestrained in snacks,and lacks a correct understanding of extracurricular activities.Finally,in view of these problems in the management of after-school life,the reasons are analyzed from multiple perspectives and corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
