Expert preschool teachers are the backbone of the preschool teachers team and play an important role in promoting the construction of preschool teachers and improving the quality of preschool education.Research on expert preschool teachers is not only the exploration of the growth rules of preschool teachers,but also the urgent call of the community for expert preschool teachers.This research takes an expert teacher as the research object,mainly uses interview method and observation method,divides its growth path into four stages,analyzes the typical cases of its growth,summarizes its basic characteristics and influencing factors,and extract the growth path of its different stages.The study is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background of the topic,the purpose of the research,the significance of the research and the literature review,and briefly explains the research objects and research methods.The second part is the theoretical discussion on the growth path of expert preschool teachers.It mainly includes the definition of core concepts and related theoretical foundations.The third part is the main part of the thesis,namely the third chapter to the seventh chapter,which introduces the growth of the four stages of the expert preschool teachers.Among them,the third chapter is the stage of "ignorant study".The typical cases mainly include volunteering,interview,course study and personal preparation.The basic characteristics are self-sufficiency as the driving force,taking the course as the main line,and the objective factors of the influencing factors are the curriculum and key people,subjective aspects,personal personality,etc.The growth path is the basis of curriculum learning,and the educational internship promotes transformation;the fourth chapter is the " cautious survival " stage.Typical cases include training,self-study,confusion,etc.The basic characteristics are the spirit of forging ahead,puzzle solving as a breakthrough,the objective aspects of the influencing factors,the actual needs of teaching,the key events,the subjective aspect is the spirit of continuous trial and determination,the path of growth is the direction of professional belief,the solution is confused.Breakthrough;the fifth chapter is the "up and down seeking" stage,typical cases have teaching and research courses,job burnout,basic characteristics to love children as a force,cooperation and mutual assistance as the form,the impact of the objective aspects of the environmental atmosphere,subjective aspects of personal will,etc.,The growth path is cooperation and mutual assistance to progress and self-exposure to promote development;the sixth chapter is In the stage of " excelsior ",typical cases include training and independent development of kindergartens.The basic characteristics are the pursuit of excellence,and the self-discipline is the guarantee.The objective aspects of the influencing factors are supported by the national educational resources,the subjective aspects of their own professional development needs,and the growth path is highly forward-looking.The pattern is to go beyond the ground to seek for transcendence;the seventh chapter is the revelation of Teacher Wang's professional growth,that is,to consolidate the theoretical foundation,cultivate interest and hobbies,to observe with heart,to be diligent in educational practice,to strengthen professional beliefs,and to persist in training and learning.
