Research On Talents Training Model Of Bridge Teams By "Three Ways Of Cultivation,Two Purposes Of Talents Training,and An Improvement Method" In Colleges And Universities In China

The way of Great Learning lies in the enlightenment of brilliant virtues,the remoulding of people,and the pursuit of ultimate goodness.Bridge has a unique role in promoting the development of human intelligence,so it has become an important leisure activity for teachers and students in their leisure time.It aims at the all-round development of students,takes the improvement of personality as its orientation,takes the highest level of sports morality and honesty consciousness as its specific requirements,and constantly pursues the excellent development of knowledge,skills and sports level.Therefore,a complete talent training mode of bridge teams in Colleges and universities shoulders the important task of bridge talent training and bears the hope and expectation of bridge players.However,bridge is still a "minority project" in the world,and the development of colleges and universities in China is slow.There are many problems in the talent training mode of bridge teams in Colleges and universities,such as inadequate systematic research,incomplete training system,and the effect of targeted education is not obvious.Therefore,this study is based on the current situation of talent cultivation of bridge teams in Colleges and universities in China.By consulting literature,questionnaire survey,case analysis,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and logical induction,and based on the characteristics and growth laws of University talents,this study evaluates four aspects of talent cultivation objectives,training approaches,curriculum setting and quality evaluation of talent cultivation of bridge teams.Carry on comb theory proof.This paper thoroughly analyses the problems and causes in the process of talent training of bridge teams in Colleges and universities in China,and draws lessons from the experience and Enlightenment of the talent training mode of team sports in Colleges and universities.By concreting the talent training mode of bridge teams in Shandong University,it constructs the talent training mode of "three ways of cultivation,two purposes of talents training,and an improvement method" of bridge teams in Colleges and universities in China,expecting to train talents for bridge teams in Colleges and universities in China.Team personnel training provides reference.Research conclusions:(1)The development of bridge in Colleges and universities is restricted by the local economic development level and the negative concept of traditional brand,resulting in the uneven level of bridge students and the lack of reserve talents.Therefore,the positive propaganda of bridge should be strengthened,the biased concept of bridge should be corrected,and "Anadromous source" should be developed for bridge.(2)The number of on-the-job teachers in Colleges and universities is not enough to meet the needs of bridge teaching;the proportion of full-time coaches in bridge teams is small,which can not meet the needs of high-level competitions of bridge teams.(3)The slow popularization of bridge in Colleges and universities is closely related to the importance attached by University leaders,the status of financial support and the construction of software and hardware facilities.College administrators should gradually improve the development environment of bridge in order to facilitate the further development of bridge work.(4)The stability and continuity of bridge team training in Colleges and universities are poor,and the teaching process is arbitrary.College bridge coaches should constantly enrich their own teaching experience,and the teaching process should conform to the law of bridge talent growth.(5)Large-scale competitions can rapidly improve the actual level of players,which is conducive to further achieving excellent results,while excellent results reverse promote the development and popularization of bridge in Colleges and universities,and the virtuous circle effect is remarkable.(6)Constructing the talent training mode of "three ways of cultivation,two purposes of talents training,and an improvement method" of bridge teams in Colleges and universities in China,carrying out the talent training of bridge teams through layered training,graded selection and classification guidance;improving the popularity of bridge in campus and the population of bridge teams while elitizing the training;and promoting students'understanding and understanding of bridge in high-intensity competitions to improve the actual combat level of the players.
