Classroom is the main place for teachers and students to carry out teaching activities.Good classroom teaching order is an important guarantee for improving the quality of classroom teaching.However,in the classroom teaching,students often have a variety of problem behaviors,which not only disturbs the classroom order,affects the normal development of teaching,but also hinders the normal learning of themselves and their classmates,and has a negative impact on classroom teaching.By looking up the literature,it is known that improving students' self-management ability can effectively reduce classroom problem behavior.Therefore,exploring the performance and causes of primary school students' classroom behaviors,and proposing suggestions for improving the self-management ability of primary school students' classroom behavior can help optimize classroom management and improve Teaching efficiency.Based on Rogers' humanistic teaching theory,Piaget's theory of children's moral cognition development stage and cognitive behavioral intervention theory,this paper adopts the questionnaire survey method to 466 of the two primary schools in Chongqing S district.The students are surveyed,and they conduct investigations on the performance of classroom problem behaviors(two dimensions of extroversion behavior and introversion behavior behavior)and influencing factors(environmental factors,student factors and teacher factors);Randomly observe the classroom teaching activities of 6 teachers in the two primary schools,and observe and record the classroom with 10 kinds of target classroom problem behaviors;supplemented by interview method,from class discipline situation,class classroom problem behavior specific performance and division In-depth interviews were conducted with six teachers and 20 primary school students on the understanding of the causes of classroom problem behavior.In order to understand the current situation and influencing factors of the classroom problem behaviors of middle and high school students,this paper analyzes the causes of the classroom problem behaviors of middle and high school students,and then explores effective countermeasures to improve the self-management ability of primary and middle school students.Judging from the results of the survey: the behavioral problems of the middle and high school students are mainly introverted.The middle and high school students have significant differences in gender and grades in the classroom behaviors.The performance of the boys is more than the girls in the classroom.The incidence of problem behavior is higher than that of middle school students;the behavior of classroom problems in middle and high school students varies with the nature of the course and the teachers;the teachers lack guidance on self-management of students;the behavior of students in middle and high school is affected by many factors,with students Self-factors are the main factors;there are no gender differences in the factors affecting the classroom problem of middle and high school students,but there are significant grade differences,which means that the middle school students are more affected than the upper grade students.According to the analysis of questionnaires,classroom observations and interview results,this paper explores the causes of classroom behaviors from the three levels of students,teachers and environment.Students: The cognitive level of middle and high school students is different,self-control ability is weak,and it is easy to be affected by negative psychology.Teachers: teachers have different classroom management concepts,lack of systematic classroom management strategies,and the teaching level needs to be improved.Teacher-student exchange Less,lack of guidance for students;environmental aspects: the concept of family education is biased,the coordination of home and school is not high,the lack of effective communication and the internal environment and social environment of the classroom.Finally,from the four aspects of students,teachers,schools and families,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the self-management ability of primary and middle school students in classroom behavior are put forward.Students: Strengthen the learning and reflection of classroom norms,cultivate self-management awareness,strengthen the attention to their own classroom behavior,constantly self-motivate,pay attention to self-classroom emotional management,maintain a healthy psychological state;teachers: change classroom management concepts,encourage students to participate Classroom management helps students learn self-management methods and improve students' self-discipline.Teachers should lead by example and encourage students to strengthen self-management.Schools: Schools should optimize the classroom environment,promote students' spontaneous improvement,encourage students to establish correct social role models,and stimulate students.Students learn motivation;family: establish the concept of family school co-education,correctly guide students to self-management,pay attention to the cultivation of students' study habits,and create a good self-managed family environment.
