Human resources industrial park is the comparison of the human resource service industry of our country has a unique industry form and characteristics,through the analysis of industrial park and the hr service characteristics,the human resources service industrial park in hr service as the core,to promote the efficient use of human resources and the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure as the goal,with a number of human resources service enterprises and related organizations in the real office space agglomeration and appear on the form of industry planning.Human resource service industrial parks,like other types of industrial parks,have the general characteristics of industrial parks,supporting policies given by relevant governments,and at the same time represent the characteristics of human resource service industry,such as industrial specialization.Human resources industrial park provides structural elements for its healthy development from geographical location,information technology,industrial policy and other aspects.In 2013,relevant departments issued the notice on accelerating the development of human resource service industry,which represents that China's human resource service industry has gradually formed an independent industrial form and emerged in the trend of economic development.Local governments issued various policies to support the development and construction of human resource service industrial parks,and by the end of 2018,the ministry of human resources and social security had approved 15state-level human resource service industrial parks.The 15 parks have large scale,perfect functions and balanced distribution.There are five provinces and cities in the east,Shanghai,Fujian,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shandong,Henan in the middle,Sichuan and Chongqing in the west,and Guangdong in the south.As the national tenth,the second national human resources service industrial park,in central China nanchang industry and the development of the human resource service industrial park has a clear positioning,to form a complete set of infrastructure,such as policies,industrial park,leading to support,represents the local for the development of the human resource industry take proactive measures.At the same time,after years of research and research in different places,combined with local characteristics,the government-led and market-oriented operation mode adopted by nanchang industrial park also reflects the operation trend of the human resources industrial park and even other industrial parks.After two years of development,nanchang industrial park hasshown a strong driving force in terms of enterprise settlement,output value scale,tax contribution,industrial promotion and brand promotion.It has gradually built a solid form of industrial agglomeration and development in nanchang and formed a relatively complete industrial structure chain of human resources.However,in the actual operation process,there are some problems in the operation mode of anchang human resource service industrial park,which are mainly reflected in the incomplete industrial policy system,the lack of industrial foundation support,and the homogenization of development mode.In view of the above situation,it is necessary to further deepen the innovation and reform of operation mode and improve the establishment of various systems in the industrial park,so as to make it a truly efficient industrial development platform.
