Teaching evaluation becoming emphasis on curriculum reform in China's current education reform.This mechanism is an important part of classroom teaching and throughout the teaching.Indeed,effective evaluation can stimulate students initiative in learning and promote their comprehensive development,which is a significant way to realize the teaching purpose in the classroom.The developmental evaluation carries out the educational principle of human-oriented,it requires teachers to view students growth from a developmental perspective and aim at promoting students comprehensive and lifelong development.This evaluation match with the requirement of teaching evaluation in new curriculum reform.However,as a new evaluation method,the developmental evaluation is confronted with various problems in the geography practice class.On the one hand,the developmental evaluation has not formed a perfect evaluation system for now,and cannot provide a useful reference to the teachers on the front.On the other hand,most of the existing theories of the developmental evaluation are from a strategic perspective,and there are a few researches are combine researches with the practice.Much less of researches in practical actives.Furthermore,in the context of exam-oriented education,it is difficult to affect the deep-rooted traditional evaluation methods and solve some real problems such as the entrance examination in the short term.This condition resulting in mostly current evaluation measure becomes formalistic.Thus,It is of practical significance to research the developmental evaluation in a geography practice class.The geographical practice is an important part of geography teaching,and the curriculum standard of geography elaborated the significance of practical activities.The implementation of developmental evaluation in geography practice courses focuses on the development of students practical ability and innovation,which is beneficial to students comprehensive development and meets the requirements of the curriculum reform.Based on existing researches of the developmental evaluation,this dissertation points out the necessity of implementing developmental evaluation in middle school geography practice curriculum.Methods such as questionnaire,interviewer,observation have been used in this paper to explore the situation and reasons that teacher use developmental evaluation in middle school geography practice curriculum.Then,based on the found problems,the author combines Pedagogy,psychological theory,national educational policy and local resources,research from six dimensions which includes evaluation goal,evaluation content,evaluation subject,evaluation method,evaluation result feedback to build the developmental system in the geographical practical curriculum.In the end,based on the completed evaluation system,it put forward the feasible implement countermeasure and put it into practice.
