In recent years, with the continuous development of China's economy, abundant resources and opportunities have attracted most of the population of the country to flock to economically developed cities.Young people moved to cities to work, and the main force of agricultural production slowly shifted to the elderly and left-behind women.Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy.Under the current situation, the contradiction between population aging and agricultural development is increasing.Although the implementation of the second child policy can alleviate the pressure of population aging to a certain extent, the aging of rural population in China is also an inevitable trend of development. In this paper, the interaction between population aging and agricultural development has been studied in depth.Although Zhejiang is mainly taken as the research object,it also reflects to a certain extent the problem of agricultural modernization in developed areas, especially in the southeastern coastal areas of China. The ideas of agricultural economic development under the background of rural population aging have been put forward from both theoretical and practical aspects. This topic mainly chooses the rural areas of our country as the research object, and clarifies the development and evolution process of population aging in our country through the dynamic data changes in different periods, focusing on the actual situation of rural population aging in Zhejiang Province as a case study.Combining the empirical analysis with quantitative analysis,on the premise of studying the case of Zhejiang Province in practice, this paper uses relevant mathematical models and economic models to analyze,in order to better find and solve the problem. From the economic point of view, taking time as the node, focusing on the short-term and long-term impact of population ageing on agricultural economy in Zhejiang Province, and combining the current trend of population ageing in Zhejiang Province,a comprehensive analysis is carried out. Finally, effective strategies are put forward to provide solutions for the old-age problems of rural left-behindwomen and children, rural disabled,semi-disabled elderly and "empty nest" elderly in Zhejiang Province, while promoting the sustainable and stable development of agricultural economy in Zhejiang Province.Through the investigation and study of Zhejiang Province, the following conclusions are drawn: with the rapid economic development, the situation of rural population aging is becoming more and more serious, far higher than the level of urban population aging. At present,China's agricultural production still relies on small-scale production in the countryside. The aging of the population in the countryside has aggravated, reduced the production efficiency, and is not conducive to the development of agricultural production. On the other hand, the aging of the population will also have some positive effects on agricultural production, that is,to a certain extent,to promote the improvement of agricultural science and technology, and to promote large-scale mechanized operations,in the long run.It will promote the process of agricultural modernization production. However, from the results of the study, the aging population will still have impact on agricultural production and some adverse effects. In order to reduce the impact of these adverse effects, according to the impact of population aging on agricultural economy in Zhejiang Province, this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of the impact and impact on agricultural production caused by the aggravation of population aging in rural areas.
