Study On The Problem Of Rural Old-Age Care In Jiangsu Province Under The Background Of Population Aging

Under the background of aging,there are several popular pension models in rural areas in China,such as family pension,home pension,community pension and institutional pension.However,from a national perspective,due to the differences in economic levels and culture between regions,a very complete system of pension models has not yet been formed.The speed of population aging in rural areas is accelerating,and the degree is deepening.In the process of coordinating urban and rural development,young laborers are outflowing to cities,making the problem of old-age care for the elderly in rural areas more prominent.As a relatively developed economy in the southeastern coastal region,Jiangsu is one of the first provinces in the country to enter an aging population.Therefore,this project will focus on Jiangsu Province.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly expounds the background,significance,research ideas and technical routes of the topic,and proposes the innovation points and deficiencies of the article.The second chapter is the literature research and theoretical basis at home and abroad.Define relevant concepts,summarize and review domestic and foreign research,expound relevant theories,and provide theoretical support for the research.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of rural population aging in Jiangsu Province,expounds the status quo,trend and development characteristics of rural population aging,and analyzes the causes of such phenomena,and aging the population in the past 20 years in Jiangsu Province.After further analysis of the development trend,it can be found that the growth rate of aging continues to accelerate,the dependency coefficient of the elderly population has increased,and the problem of old-age care for the elderly in rural areas has gradually become prominent.The fourth chapter starts from the three representative regions of Jiangsu Province,including Sunan,Suzhong and North Jiangsu.It elaborates on the status of old-age care and existing problems in rural areas,and focuses on the choice of rural old-age care mode,and draws a conclusion.Although Jiangsu's old-age industry has developed rapidly,Jiangsu Province currently lacks professional talents,market standards and industry norms for the elderly in rural areas.The diversified investment in society is insufficient,and the old-age service industry cannot keep up with the speed of economic development and old age.The speed of the development has seriously delayed the development of the rural old-age service industry.The fifth chapter provides a reference for the following suggestions by comparing the advantages of the Japanese and Singapore pension models.The sixth chapter is the key paragraph of this chapter,based on the above summary of the South.In the context of aging in the middle of Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu,suggestions for rural pensions should be accelerated.Jiangsu Province should accelerate the promotion of social forces to become the backbone of the elderly long-term care service industry,guide the elderly service team to be more professional,and strive to make the rural elderly services more standardized and standardized.Increase publicity to guide the elderly how to get out of the ageing pension brought about by aging,so that they can enjoy their old age.
