The Study On The Strategy Of Building Teaching Staff Based On Vocational Satisfaction In Private Colleges In Hebei Province

With the rapid development of our private colleges and universities,teacher resources,as the most important part,are gradually becoming the core resources for talent cultivation.The construction of the teaching team is the fundamental driving force for the cultivation of talents in private colleges and universities,and it is crucial to the improvement of the competitiveness of private colleges and universities.Among them,the teacher's professional satisfaction as a barometer of the construction of the teaching staff has attracted much attention.Based on the perspective of vocational satisfaction,this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of teachers in private universities in Hebei Province,and has practical significance for the research on the construction of teachers in private universities in Hebei Province.By reading relevant literature and looking for the matching between the theory of organizational behavior,management psychology and human resource management and the development of teachers in private universities in Hebei Province,colleges and universities in Hebei Province were selected to meet vocational satisfaction.For the entry point,the evaluation of vocational satisfaction entities of private college teachers is carried out from the three levels of teachers,schools and students.From the two dimensions of qualitative and quantitative analysis,it is found that there are problems in the structure of teachers and vocational satisfaction in private universities in Hebei Province.In order to enhance the management efficiency of private universities and improve the quality of personnel training,the quality of the teaching staff is optimized from the level of teachers,the main body of the school and the level of government policy,and the construction of the teaching staff is improved.In order to improve the vocational satisfaction of teachers in private universities in Hebei Province.Figure19;Table23;Reference 52...
