In In recent years, China’s college students’employment situation quite stark, private college graduates is under huge pressure of employment. How to improve the employment of the college graduates run by the quality, increasingly become the parties concerned and urgent important topic. In this paper, the employment of college graduates to run by the quality situation assessment and the basis of empirical study, the comprehensive analysis on the employment of college graduates run by the quality of the basic factors and the intrinsic mechanism, puts forward a series of improving the quality of the private, the employment of college graduates countermeasure, and hunan province as the object to the institute of SW college case analysis.This paper is divided into four main body part. Chapter1: introduction. To research the basic theory, the practical significance, to choose a background, research methods to give explanation, and by scholars at home and abroad of the existing research results were reviewed in this article. Chapter2:the quality of the employment of college graduates in the paper. On the basis of investigation and evidence collection to clarify the relationship between the concept of each other, and try to build up the run by China’s specific conditions, the employment of college graduates quality evaluation system. Chapter3:our private college graduates to analyze the current situation of employment. SW in Hunan Province Institute as an example, based on the current situation of college students’ employment whole, depth to explore our private college graduates employment difficulties. Chapter4:analysis of private college graduates’ employment quality is low reason. Chapter5:improve the employment of college graduates run by the quality of the way and the strategy.
