The construction of the national qualification framework has gradually become an int ernational trend.As one of the first countries to establish a national qualification framew ork,Australia has formed a very complete system after years of revision and operation.In the process of the construction and development of the national qualification framework,it promoted the formation of Australia's unique national education system,which enabled the rapid development of Australian vocational education and trained many high-level an d high-quality talents.At present,China's vocational education system has great problems,and the qualification certificate system is also very chaotic.Therefore,we can learn from the successful experience of the development of the Australian National Qualifications F ramework,provide assistance for the construction of China's qualification framework,and enhance China's vocational education status.Through the review of the development proc ess of Australia's national qualification framework,this paper analyzes and summarizes th e characteristics and status of the newly issued qualification framework in 2013,and pr ovides a reference for the construction of China's qualification framework in view of the development status of vocational education in China.The full text is divided into five parts,namely,the introduction,the Australian Natio nal Qualifications Framework Development Overview,the Australian National Qualificatio ns Framework,the Australian National Qualifications Framework,the Australian National Qualifications Framework,and the value of the Australian National Qualifications Framew ork.The first part introduces the reasons for the research questions,the research purpose,the definition of the core concepts,the current research status of the research questions at home and abroad,the research methods,research ideas and research significance.The second part is an overview of the development of the Australian National Quali fications Framework.According to the history of Australia's historical development and th e promulgation of important documents,the historical development process of the Australi an National Qualifications Framework is divided into four stages: pre-stage,initial creatio n,change period,and perfect period,and for each stage.Specific changes and reasons for analysis and explanation.The third part of the Australian National Qualifications Framework introduces the rel evant content of the Australian National Qualifications Framework,including objectives,l evel standards and descriptions of qualification types,qualification type learning outcome descriptions,location of qualification types in the horizontal structure,and specification o f qualification types.As well as the Australian Qualification Framework eligibility distrib ution strategy,path strategy,registration strategy and addition and deletion strategies,the Australian National Qualifications Framework is implemented,managed and monitored.The fourth part of the adjustment of Australia's national qualifications framework,thr ough the study of the adjustment part of the Australian qualification framework,combine d with social needs,analyze the reasons for its adjustment,summing up the effects and shortcomings after adjustment.The fifth part of the Australian national qualifications framework and the feasibility and reference value of the qualification framework in China,through the analysis of the status quo of the Australian national qualification framework,summarize its advantages a nd disadvantages,analyze the feasibility of China's implementation of the qualification fra mework,with the help of Australia National qualification framework development experie nce,build and develop China's qualification framework.
