Building a socialist country under the rule of law in all respects is our set goal,and the rule of law is one of the state policies set forth in the constitution.The premise and foundation of "upholding the rule of law in an all-round way" is that all citizens can receive good legal education,which has become an important part of the national education system.The transformation and adjustment of the thought of national rule of law education conforms to the new normal of socialist rule of law construction,and also marks that the rule of law education of junior middle school students in China has entered a new stage.In 2016,the "ideological and moral" textbook was renamed "morality and the rule of law".This significant measure indicates a new development direction for the rule of law education in junior high school: the rule of law education will be implemented in the middle school classroom as a systematic and long-term important content,and the rule of law literacy will become an important part of the core literacy of junior high school students.This research from China is pushing of the rule of law in an all-round way,and the background of junior middle school thought political course teaching material reform,respectively from the angles of teachers and students through the questionnaire survey methods such as statistical induces the villages and towns in chongqing junior middle school new teaching material,summarized the some of the problems appeared in the process of implementation,mainly include: the teaching aim of the rule of law education in the teaching process is not enough clear,the text content of the rule of law education in the textbooks "equals" teaching content,Some teachers have a single teaching method,the insufficiency of legal literacy of classroom teachers,school relative shortage of teaching resources,etc.Then analyze the causes of the problems,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures: including improving ideological awareness adhere to the teaching goal orientation;Strengthen the teaching research to promote the teaching material law text knowledge vivid;How to improve law education according to the cognitive law of junior middle school students;To realize the continuous improvement of junior middle school political teachers' legal literacy through multiple approaches;We will focus on developing and utilizing various legal education resources.
