The eighteenth Party Congress report first established "establishing moral education" as the essential task of education,and the nineteenth Party Congress report further pointed out that the fundamental task of "implementing moral education" has to be implemented.With the new school curriculum reform,the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law lessons in junior high schools in S has been receiving attention and the instruction quality has been improved.However,under the influence of "exam-oriented education",the philosophy of "educating people with morality" and "putting morality first" is not completely implemented,and there are still some problems in teaching,to some extent,resulting in low teaching efficiency.Middle school is an essential period for the training of students' three viewpoints,and a significant proportion of left-behind children in S suffer from a lack of family upbringing and are vulnerable to the influence of undesirable information on the Internet,resulting in improper three perspectives and other outcomes.This situation,on the one hand,has an impact on the overall development of students themselves.While on the other hand,it also restricts the effectively carrying out of "Morality and Rule of Law" class.In view of these situations,school education must guide and help students at this stage properly.How to solve the problems of teaching the subjects of morality and rule of law in such secondary schools as S city,so that they can better play the role of parenting,is a real world challenge that schools and teachers must face to nurture students with sound character and all-round development.The research object of this paper is mainly the middle school "morality and rule of law" class in S.Firstly,we will analyze the background and the meaning of the research,define the current situation as well as the ideas and methodologies,and summarize the innovations and shortcomings;secondly,we will elaborate the meaning and role of the middle school "morality and rule of law" class in teaching;we will elaborate the current teaching problems and analyze the reasons from students,teachers,and schools based upon the data analysis and our own reality;again,we will put forward the optimization strategies in teaching "morality and rule of law" class at four levels: students,teachers,the school management,and the macro environment through.The second is to analyze the background and meaning of the research,clarify the current situation as well as the ideas and methods,and summarize the innovations and deficiencies.The second is to conclude the feasible plan by reading a lot of literature and journals and relying on our own teaching perceptions,and to present the optimization strategies for the four levels of students,teachers,school management and macro environment in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law class.I do hope that through my research,I can provide some problem-solving ideas for the reforms of the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law class at present.
