Kindergarten teachers are important guides for children's growth,and selfconfidence is an important sign of mental health.It is of great significance for kindergarten teachers to have enough professional self-confidence for children and their education.This paper takes kindergarten teachers in N city as the research object,and USES methods such as literature analysis,questionnaire and interview to discuss the professional confidence level of kindergarten teachers from six structural elements,including emotional attribution confidence,quality accomplishment confidence,interpersonal communication confidence,educational value confidence,professional knowledge confidence and professional ability confidence.Research findings :(1)the overall level of professional self-confidence of kindergarten teachers is high;(2)the scores of the six structural elements of professional self-confidence are all higher than the medium level,ranking from high to low as follows: quality cultivation self-confidence > educational value self-confidence > professional competence self-confidence > interpersonal communication selfconfidence > professional knowledge self-confidence > emotional belonging selfconfidence;(3)there are significant differences in the professional confidence level of kindergarten teachers in demographic variables including marital status,age,teaching age,professional title,educational background,major and annual income: Married the kindergarten teachers' professional confidence level is higher than unmarried kindergarten teachers,kindergarten teachers' professional confidence level is higher than high ages kindergarten teachers,low age more than 20 years' experience in kindergarten teachers professional confidence level is significantly higher than other teaching experience,the technical secondary school and high school education in kindergarten teachers professional confidence level is lower than college graduate or bachelor degree in teacher,non-professional origins kindergarten teachers professional confidence level is lower than the background,the kindergarten teacher's professional confidence levels increase with the increase of income.(4)there were significant differences in the level of professional self-confidence of kindergarten teachers in the histological characteristic variables including the level of kindergarten,the nature of kindergarten and the position of kindergarten.The professional confidence level of kindergarten teachers in public kindergartens is significantly higher than that in private kindergartens.It is found that the factors influencing teachers' professional confidence level include physical condition,self-cognition,self-evaluation,self-experience,book reading,kindergarten teaching and research,kindergarten support,kindergarten work evaluation,etc.Meanwhile,the present situation of professional confidence of kindergarten teachers has the following problems :(1)lack of confidence in emotional belonging;(2)lack of confidence in professional knowledge;(3)lack of confidence in professional ability;(4)lack of confidence in interpersonal communication.To sum up,based on the analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of professional self-confidence of kindergarten teachers in nanchang,the author proposes the following Suggestions on how to improve the professional self-confidence of kindergarten teachers :(1)deepen the learning of professional knowledge;(2)enhance professional ability and successful experience;(3)optimize the self-evaluation mechanism;(4)improve teachers' interpersonal relationship;(5)enhance organizational support.
