The 2018 Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education proposed that the status and treatment of kindergarten teachers should be guaranteed in accordance with the law.The status and treatment of kindergarten teachers has caused widespread concern in society,and professional prestige affects kindergarten teachers An important factor in social status,the level of professional reputation not only affects kindergarten teachers' sense of occupation and belonging,but also affects the level of recognition and respect of kindergarten teachers by parents.Therefore,this study explores the current status of kindergarten teachers 'professional prestige,and analyzes its causes,puts forward corresponding solutions,and hopes to improve the status and treatment of kindergarten teachers,enhance the kindergarten teachers' professional happiness and professional motivation,and enrich China's teachers.Professional prestige research content and provide empirical research support for it.This study uses questionnaires and interviews.Based on the existing literature and related theoretical foundations,the self-made "Kindergarten Teachers' Professional Reputation Questionnaire" has been developed.This questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used as a research tool.This study surveyed 330 kindergarten teachers and 320 parents,and analyzed the current status of kindergarten teachers' professional prestige with interview methods.The questionnaire survey consists of two parts: basic demographic variables and the status of kindergarten teachers' professional reputation.The results show that:(1)the overall prestige status of kindergarten teachers is good,but there are differences in various dimensions;(2)the kindergarten teachers have the lowest professional status scores and the highest professional identity scores among their own professional prestige;(3)parents' professional reputations of kindergarten teachers The score of occupational compensation is the lowest and the score of occupational contribution is the highest.(4)There are significant differences in the professional reputation of kindergarten teachers in gender,age,and monthly income,and there are extremely significant differences in educational level.(5)Different teaching years and different classes There are significantdifferences in the professional reputation of kindergarten teachers with different labor relations;(6)There are significant differences in the professional reputation of kindergarten teachers between parents of different occupations and different places of residence.The influential factors of kindergarten teachers' professional prestige are:(1)social factors:national policies and social cognition;(2)kindergarten factors: working environment and salary;(3)kindergarten teacher factors: professional competence and teacher moral cultivation.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward feasibility suggestions from the following four levels.1.National level:(1)The state should increase fiscal expenditures and effectively increase the prestige and status of kindergarten teachers;(2)Provincial and municipal education administrative departments should supplement the post establishment of kindergarten teachers and improve the sense of professional belonging of kindergarten teachers;2.Parent level:(1)Raising awareness of preschool education and establishing scientific parenting values;(2)Establishing a positive value orientation and more respect for kindergarten teachers;(3)Actively participating in various activities of kindergartens and close home communication work together.3.Kindergarten level:(1)Kindergartens should appropriately reduce the workload of teachers,reduce the intensity of work,and improve the quality of life of kindergarten teachers;(2)Establish a salary reward and welfare system in kindergartens to enhance the professional motivation and survival dignity of kindergarten teachers sense.4.Kindergarten teacher level:(1)Kindergarten teachers should actively participate in teaching and research learning and training to improve their professionalism and teaching effectiveness;(2)Kindergarten teachers must perform effective self-regulation to overcome job burnout.
