The Comparative Study Of Cultivation Between Chinese And American College Tennis Player

In the year after Chinese economic reform,China has a fast development,Chinese tennis player has an outstanding performance in the international competition,tennis has attracted more and more people and become more and more popular in China.But there still has a huge gap between China and America in tennis,it is obviously in the university and college.So for making our tennis development can go faster and better it's very necessary to pay attention on college tennis.According to literature review,investigation,interviewing,field visit and some other research methods we compared educational objectives,recruiting standard,coach team,competition system and economic support between Chinese college and American college.We are trying to find the successful reason of the American college tennis and give some ideas for Chinese college tennis.Here is the conclusion we found:1.The educational objective between American and Chinese college are nothing different.The important is the way we actually did,Chinese college has a high expectation to their player,Sometimes just hired for competitions.But for the American college,They has a series of policies to manage their players and these policies can really solve the problem between studying and training.2.The low penetration of tennis is one of the important reason to make Chinese college tennis goes slow.Although we had some researches and achievements,Colleges are more likely to recruit “well-trained” players.All these problems can stop us going fast.3.Our coach and serving team should be completed.It is a vital part for college tennis.There are very few professional coaches in China,Much less in Chinese college.And the serving team has the same situation.4.The competition system in China is not enough professional like American,including management,influence and more.And the tennis development in Chinese college is mainly supported by themselves,but based on well management of college sport,NCAA can give a strong hand to support college tennis.
