Research On The Mode Of Music Club Activities In Songxian Siyuan Experimental School

In August 2016,In August 2016,I entered the newly established Siyuan Experimental School in Songxian County.Over the past three years,I have personally experienced the development and changes in all aspects of the new school.Songxian Siyuan Experimental School pays attention to community culture.From more than seventy primary and secondary schools in the first year to more than eighty associations at present,all associations can be carried out in an orderly manner,and the effect of community activities is obvious.Among them,there are many kinds of music associations.In the course of my observation on the teaching of music associations in Siyuan Experimental School,I found that the model adopted by the school in encouraging teachers to form associations,students' selection,training,music practice,students' evaluation and counseling teachers' evaluation of associations has better solved the shortage of teachers in the activities of music associations in primary and secondary schools at County level.The situation that teachers' enthusiasm is not high,students' educational opportunities are unequal,teaching effect is not good,and can not operate effectively has been recognized by students,schools and parents,and has obtained good social evaluation.All teachers and students participate in the formation model,breaking through a school individual teachers and students to participate in community activities brought about by teachers,students,as well as students' management model,community teacher-student evaluation and other difficult problems.I personally participated in it,and found some problems in practice,and some thoughts.Based on this,I choose the community activity mode of Siyuan Experimental School in Songxian as the research topic.I hope that through my participatory teaching experience and observation research,I can summarize the characteristics of the music community activity mode of Siyuan Experimental School,and excavate many aspects of reference materials that can be used for the orderly development of music community activities in primary and secondary schools at County level.At present,many county-level and rural primary and secondary school associations are stagnating and inappropriate.The research of this topic will provide a good teaching case for schools that have or will want to carry out music club activities,which has certain practical guidance and reference significance.
