A Study On The Current Situation Of Music Club Management In Junior High Schools And Countermeasures

Since aesthetic education has certain high standards and requirements in primary and secondary education,the opening of music club classes is particularly important and has a certain representation in primary and secondary music education,and the correct setting of the club management mechanism determines the future development path of junior high school music club activities.After the rapid development of music education in China,many schools have begun to pay attention to the second classroom,according to the author's understanding of the junior high schools in Jinchang City,most schools have extracurricular clubs,but the survival environment and development of these clubs is not as objective as expected,many primary and secondary schools seem to have a lot of clubs,but some of them are temporary clubs,there are many classes this semester,the next semester will be canceled.The next semester will be cancelled,most schools will think that it is a matter of money,in fact it is the immaturity of the management mechanism,and this funding is actually part of the management mechanism.This paper mainly takes the sixth middle school in Jinchang,Gansu Province as an example,our school's music club mainly has chorus,dance and hulusi,before the author has a preliminary understanding of their school's club classes,such as their daily club activities are not very regular,inefficient,students' parents subconsciously do not pay enough attention to these reasons,there are actually many,but the author believes that the root of the problem is management,this management There are many aspects involved,such as the problem of the reward and punishment system,the problem of the operation of funds,attendance system,the problem of staffing or the problem of setting the curriculum,time arrangements,etc.Therefore,the author studied the management knowledge with the help of the reviewed literature,clarified the concepts related to management and club,and investigated the current situation of the club and club management regulations in our school,carried out the situation related to the music club in the Sixth Middle School under this management mechanism through fieldwork,combined with interviews and questionnaires to understand the needs of teachers,students and parents for music club classes,and made clearer the relevant This thesis is based on a study of the problems of the management mechanism,a study of feasible countermeasures based on the problems,and a proposal for substantive improvements to improve the management system of our school,so as to lay a good foundation for the development of music club classes in our region and school,and to provide a theoretical reference and practical basis for the management of music education and clubs in primary and secondary schools in the future.The first part of this dissertation is divided into six parts: the introductory part,starting from the purpose and meaning of the topic,and defining the scope of this dissertation,including: the background of the study,the current situation of the study,the specific content of the study and the methodology needed in the research the music club in the Sixth Form College.We should take a higher view of the development of primary and secondary school clubs and see that it is an essential issue,not to organize a team for a certain activity in a temporary patchwork,and after the performance,the team is declared disbanded.During the investigation,the author found that the problems of music club management are mainly:students' participation is not high;teachers' happiness is not strong;parents' attention is not enough,etc.After repeated revisions and careful deliberation,the relevant measures corresponding to it are formulated.The innovation of this paper is that it is no longer based on the analysis of the current situation of the club activities,but on the analysis of the current situation of the
