Since ancient times,housing has been a necessity for people's lives.To study housing problems,human factors must be considered.The human structure is also an important factor affecting housing demand.After combing the relevant research on population structure and housing demand,it is found that the population age structure,population family structure and population urban and rural structure in the population structure are the main demographic factors affecting housing demand,which will not only affect the total demand for housing,but also The structure that affects housing demand.Therefore,based on the analysis of the changes in population structure and housing demand in Sichuan Province,this paper combines the problems existing in the housing market in Sichuan Province to analyze the impact of population changes in Sichuan on housing demand.This paper first defines the related concepts of population structure and housing demand,and based on the theory of life cycle and housing supply and demand theory,qualitatively analyzes the impact of population structure on housing demand.Secondly,according to the age structure of the population,the population structure,the urban and rural structure of the population,and the housing demand data,the population structure and housing market demand changes in Sichuan Province were analyzed in detail,and the main problems in the current housing market in Sichuan Province were identified: First,housing supply and demand imbalance,the total amount and structure are contradictory;second,the degree of aging is aggravated,the structure of supply and demand for old-age housing is unreasonable;third,the core of family structure,the gap between supply and demand of small and medium-sized housing is large;fourth,urbanization is accelerating,new The housing needs of Zengcheng's population are difficult to meet.Then establish the ARDL model and ECM model of population structure and housing demand,and study the dynamic impact of population structure change on housing demand in Sichuan.It is concluded that: first,with the growing number of children and the aging,the population age structure of Sichuan Province,the negative impact on housing demand has gradually weakened.Second,as the scale of the family has remained stable,the negative impact of the population structure of Sichuan Province on housing demand has stabilized.Third,as urbanization has entered an accelerated period,the positive impact of the urban-rural structure of Sichuan Province on housing demand will be further expanded.Finally,this paper combines the conclusions with the problems in the housing market in Sichuan Province,and proposes countermeasures that are conducive to guiding real estate developers to make reasonable housing investment,which is conducive to the government's regulation and control of housing policies,and is conducive to the stable and healthy development of the housing market in Sichuan Province.
