Macintyre's Virtue Theory And The Construction Of Sports Morality

Sports,as a social practice,was born in human civilization,which is an important part of people's daily social life and cultural life.It is also an indispensable part of our socialist cultural construction.It enriches people's spiritual life,strengthens people's physique and plays an irreplaceable role in the overall development of people.With the accelerated development of social economy,modern factors such as commercialization and marketization have gradually spread to sports.Sports has entered a field of modern integration.Under the influence of modernization factors,it has also promoted the all-round development of sports,promoted the formation of sports professionalization and promoted the formation of sports industry.Sports has been vigorously developed,while in vigorous development.Another aspect of development is the emergence of sports moral problems.In the diversified development of modern society,influenced by external factors such as money and reputation,the single value orientation in traditional sports can no longer better guide people's sports behavior in the face of interests.Driven by interests,people's sports behavior has also been affected,and immoral problems in the field of sports have begun to appear frequently.As an indispensable part of social morality,the perfection of sports morality will directly affect the construction of spiritual civilization and the process of building a harmonious society in our society.Strengthening sports morality construction is an important measure to promote the formation of good sports morality and implement the policy of running the country with morality,and is a basic project to ensure the long-term and steady development of sports in our country.Macintyre's virtue theory is formed on the basis of rational analysis and restatement of western traditional virtues through his broad moral vision and grasp of historical context under the background of chaotic moral order and disordered moral language in Western society.Therefore,this study draws lessons from the main points of Macintyre's virtue theory and combines with the current situation of sports moral construction in China,in order to bring inspiration to sports moral construction in China.In this paper,literature review,text interpretation and logical analysis are used to study and analyze McIntyre's virtue thought.McIntyre's interpretation of the concept of practice,personal life as a whole and traditional concepts are clarified,and his virtue thought is understood through his exposition.Virtue is acquired through practice.Only by putting practice in a whole life can we understand the concept of virtue more accurately,and virtue and tradition are mutually maintained.This paper combs and analyses the current situation of sports morality construction in China through the methods of historical research and value judgment,and makes it clear that strengthening sports morality construction is the basic project to ensure the long-term and steady development of sports cause in China,is the needs of the times,society and the masses,and draws on the main viewpoints of Macintyre's virtue theory for the construction of sports morality in China.It brings us some enlightenment: first,sports as a social practice is of great significance to the education and practice of sports morality;second,moral community is of great significance to the construction of sports morality;third,traditional culture is of great significance to the construction of sports morality.Based on the current situation of sports moral construction in China and the academic value of Macintyre's virtue theory,it is of great theoretical significance to bring enlightenment to China's current sports moral construction from the interpretation of practice,integrity and tradition in Macintyre's virtue theory,which is of great practical significance to promote the healthy and orderly development of China's sports cause.
