Adolescence is a critical period of the formation of the body's physical fitness, is an important stage of development of physical health, young people only have a healthy body will have the future of the motherland. There are many factors that affect the physical health of teenagers, which is particularly important is everyone must experience an important stage, school education and youth quality education is an important part of physical education in middle school, is the root of national development, is the premise of the development of the motherland, this responsibility of teachers. The health level of students in this period is one of the standards to measure the achievement of school physical education, and the middle school physical education plays an important role in the harmonious development of youth physical health. In recent years, more and more children, usually in the school, parents have become minor bumps to the school to discuss the statement of reason, completely cut off due to the exercise and range of middle school physical education curriculum for parents of children, the love degree bound the school to carry out the exercise of sports and school sports programs. Not in accordance with the provisions of the strict implementation of quality education, this phenomenon not only lead to a serious decline in physical health of teenagers, but also seriously reduced the physical education teachers the opportunity to display their skill as well as the number of physical education teachers, the accumulation of a variety of factors led to the declining social status, middle school physical education teachers occupation prestige.This study through questionnaire survey method, literature method, and mathematical statistics of Shandong Province middle school PE teachers occupational prestige, influencing factors were investigation, for factors that affect middle school physical education teachers occupational prestige on the measures to improve the middle school in Shandong Province sports of the occupational prestige of teachers. The research results show that:1, the secondary school physical education teachers' professional reputation in Shandong province is lower than the average level of the middle school teachers' reputation.2, people in different social backgrounds have significant differences in the evaluation of the professional reputation of middle school physical education teachers.3, there are important risk factors that influence evaluation of occupational prestige: China traditional culture and value concept, education level, its reserves of knowledge, the professional contribution to society and the nation, provide children by education conditions, the degree of respect and evaluation of the factors of influence on occupational prestige under different social background also exist significant differences.4, the main factors affecting the effect of middle school PE Teachers' professional reputation have: PE teachers own quality(humanistic quality, professional and technical, and ethics, professional function, people in different background on the influencing factors of middle school physical teachers' occupational prestige evaluation has no significant difference.5, to improve the professional reputation of middle school physical education teachers countermeasures are: to improve the quality of middle school physical education teachers, physical education teachers to strengthen the professional and technical training, the correct understanding of secondary school physical education and so on.
