The research results show that:1, the secondary school physical education teachers' professional reputation in Shandong province is lower than the average level of the middle school teachers' reputation.2, people in different social backgrounds have significant differences in the evaluation of the professional reputation of middle school physical education teachers.3, there are important risk factors that influence evaluation of occupational prestige: China traditional culture and value concept, education level, its reserves of knowledge, the professional contribution to society and the nation, provide children by education conditions, the degree of respect and evaluation of the factors of influence on occupational prestige under different social background also exist significant differences.4, the main factors affecting the effect of middle school PE Teachers' professional reputation have: PE teachers own quality(humanistic quality, professional and technical, and ethics, professional function, people in different background on the influencing factors of middle school physical teachers' occupational prestige evaluation has no significant difference.5, to improve the professional reputation of middle school physical education teachers countermeasures are: to improve the quality of middle school physical education teachers, physical education teachers to strengthen the professional and technical training, the correct understanding of secondary school physical education and so on.
