Research On The Development Path Of Sports Leisure Characteristic Town In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

The cultivation of sports and leisure characteristic towns in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is of great significance in stimulating economic growth,promoting urbanization,and accelerating precision poverty.It is to meet the needs of the residents of the three places for fitness and leisure,to develop the national fitness and it's also an important measure for the reform of sports supply side structure.Through the combing of previous literatures,it is found that there are relatively few researches on the development path of sports and leisure characteristic towns in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region.On the basis of reviewing a large number of relevant sports and leisure characteristic towns,the theory of demand hierarchy,synergy theory,The development of sustainable development is the theoretical basis.The development path of the BeijingTianjin-Hebei sports and leisure characteristic towns is the research object.Three small towns selected in the pilot projects of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are the survey objects,and the literature and survey methods are adopted.Research methods such as case analysis and logic analysis study the development path of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports and leisure characteristic towns.This paper systematically analyses the situation of pilot projects of sports and leisure characteristic towns and the macro-environment of the development of sports and leisure characteristic towns in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Through the study of case towns,the existing problems are analyzed,and on this basis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Finally,the development path of sports and leisure characteristic towns in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is summarized.The main conclusions are:1.Through the study of the case towns,it is found that the development ideas of sports and leisure characteristic towns in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are basically the same,relying on good resources,we will clarify the positioning of the town according to local resource advantages and target markets.While developing its characteristic industries,we also pay great attention to the diversified development of projects in the town,but there are still some gaps in the related supporting facilities.2.Problems in the cultivation and development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports and leisure characteristic towns: 1)The land use land index is insufficient and the construction land is scarce.2)The government's support for policy needs to be strengthened.3)The approval procedures are difficult to handle and the processing is slow.4)The shortage of relevant professionals.5)The homogenization of resource projects is serious.3.Countermeasures for the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei sports and leisure characteristic towns: 1)The government gives land use slopes and implements the main body to strengthen the optimization of land use structure.2)The government should strengthen its policy support and be more comprehensive and concrete.3)Optimize the approval process.4)Multiple measures to strengthen the introduction of talent cultivation.5)Pay attention to the creation of characteristic industries.4.Grasping the historical opportunity of “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development”,planning from the overall pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,clarifying the functional orientation of each town,and then further developing it in the existing characteristic industries or from scratch.To build its characteristic industry,promote the development of the town by increasing the support of the government,promoting the multilevel development of the town,improving the supporting infrastructure and focusing on the cultivation and introduction of relevant talents.
