Objective: To discover new genetic polymorphisms related to endurance training sensitivity, and to provide a basis for developing individualized training programs and improving athletes' training efficiency. The long-chainacyl-CoA synthetase 1(ACSL1)gene is located at chromosome 12 p of chromosome 4,and is highly expressed in tissues related to energy metabolism such as liver, fat and muscle tissue. In the process of providing a fatty acyl-CoA substrate, the triester provides the most important long-chain fatty acyl-CoA synthetase, which plays an important role in human lipid metabolism. In this study, two polymorphic loci of rsL gene,rs6552828 and rs13120078,were studied to investigate the association between ACSL1 gene polymorphism and sensitivity to endurance training. Methods: This study conducted a 6-week endurance training for 100 college students, testing 4 mmol/L lactate threshold power(LT),continuous riding time(Tmax),maximal heart rate time(T-Hrmax)and muscle oxygen content.Relatively decreasing RMS(?[HbO2])changes in four physiological phenotypes before and after training, collecting DNA from subjects, and studying the association between ACSL1 gene polymorphism and sensitivity to endurance training. Results: After 6 weeks of endurance training, subjects showed a significant increase in LT,Tmax,T-Hrmax,and ?[HbO2](p<0.01),and rs6552828 sites AA,AG,and GG were genotype carriers LT.,Tmax,T-Hrmax and ?[HbO2] showed a very significant increase(P<0.01).In the three genotype groups of AA,AG and GG,the physiological phenotypes of subjects were LT,T-HRmax and Tmax. There was no significant difference between the amount of change and the rate of change(p>0.05),and the change and rate of change of ?[HbO2] showed significant difference(p<0.05).Comparison between genotypes,?[HbO2 The amount of change and rate of change were GG>AG>AA,and AA was significantly different from AG and GG genotypes(p<0.05),while there was no significant difference between AG and GG genotypes(P>0.05).There was a significant increase in LT and ?[HbO2] in rs13120078 locus AG genotype carriers(P<0.05),and there was no significant increase in Tmax and T-Hrmax(P>0.05).The LG genotype carriers LT,Tmax,T-Hrmax and ? [HbO2] showed a very significant increase(P <0.01).In the AG and GG genotypes, the changes in the physiological phenotypes of LT,T-HRmax,Tmax,?[HbO2] and the rate of change did not show significant differences(p>0.05).The amount of change and the rate of change of LT,Tmax,T-Hrmax and ?[HbO2] were GG>AG.Conclusion: The ACSL1 gene rs6552828 is associated with endurance training sensitivity and the G allele carriers are more sensitive to endurance training. The ACSL1 gene rs13120078 is associated with endurance training sensitivity and GG genotype carriers are more sensitive to endurance training.
